I talked to one of the agents at Stonecreek a year ago and told them I would buy this model if he would sell it to me. He wouldn't 😂 I fell in love with this home as soon as you showed it. But I ended up with a new home in The Villages and I really do love it

Del Webb quality is totally changed since your home was built. Superb structures and beautiful finishes. Gorgeous community inthe splendid area of Marion County. Prices are soaring!! Even with very very little advertising. Stone Creek sells itself. I bet when your house was built your community was far better than the average home of its time.
Great job! Can you show the price sheets a little longer & more of the laundry room. Want to see if you can add folding space. About how much to add a pool in cheaper models? Can these be built in Villages? How old are these prices? Will be calling once we are ready.
Nice homes....beautiful but I don't get the garages not having a front drive way.....where do you drive into the garage? Is the price of the driveway included in the purchase price or extra? Never saw homes completed w/o the driveway to the garage....a first for everything.....

The Thing about the Amenitie's, yes, They are There for those Who Want to Partake in Them. More Don't than Do. The One's that Do, could Pay a Fee for What They Do and Not the One's that Don't. Course, there is the Up-keep of the Ground's and Inside the Community Center, etc. The Home's that you just Gave Us a Tour of were Nice, but That Music and it Blaring, will Chase "Possible" Client's Away. (You had Nothing to Do with that.)

How about showing the price right up front. This way we can see if we can afford the dang thing without having to watch the whole video. I assume the price is there somewhere, I only got 3.5 mins in before i gave up.
I would think an exact replica would be somewhere in high 300’s to low 400’s. I am not a real estate agent nor do I have any firm information on this but I do live in Stone Creek and I. See the prices for new and 2nd sale homes. They are very reasonable but rising quickly. We have two sets of friends moving here this summer to new builds. Another couple has been here for 3 months. This is the best deal. Going. So beautiful!

The homes are nice, but the presentation of homes is horrible. Ira fails to provide a quality showing of the yards, he says nothing whatsoever about the swimming pools or the lanais, and he doesn't always show the appliances that come with each model. One would think a salesperson would be much more detail-oriented. It's really too bad because I most likely would have purchased a home from him. Unfortunately, I only do business with professionals.
Obviously you have not watched any of Ira's videos before. He will go out of his way for you. Did you not notice all the public traffic in these models. He cannot stay and explain every single detail of the home without invading everyone else trying to look.
These homes are so lovely inside and outside. I have met Ira. He is a very good agent. There is not a lot of. Elaboration on these homes from anyone as they sell themselves. Usually within hours of listing.j. The Stone Creek community is very very desirable for location, beauty, good construction ,and affordability. I am not a real estate agent but I live in Stone Creek and can tell you first hand that it is superb. I built here 5 years ago with a flawless scenario. I do know that now with Covid interruptions our building has not slowed. There are a few finish delays because of materials. The houses sell out as soon as lots are released. Come and see for yourself.

We purchased a home last year in and older Del Webb spruce creek built in 1999/2001 we love it. Did notice the prices are skyrocketing

Are the garages air conditioned in Florida?
Most times they are not unless the homeowner decides to put in a unit, other then that garages usually do not have A/C.

These are model homes and not currently for sale. Eventually, they will be sold and the driveways installed.
