Hello. Thanks for taking the time to make these videos. Can you please advise me on a problem I have with my erberspatcher d2 heater, it appears to work fine in that it starts quickly, no white smoke, runs up to the desired heat setting and then starts to wind back down as it should, using around 1.1amps at this stage, however when it enters the lowest setting (as in maintaining the current temperature) and using around .6 amps it soon flames out.. the fan then goes to max to cool the unit whilst trying to restart but only once but is unsuccessful. The fan continues to run to cool the unit, also the power light on the 801 controller stays lit, no error code is showing. If I leave it for 10 minutes it will restart but once again repeat the same problem once the desired temperature is met. I do have a Chinese upgraded exhaust on it which helps reduce the noise. Thanks for any advice in advance.
It is hard to point at something this way especially without error codes shown. This needs diagnostic with diagrams to see what actually happens with the heater. Otherwise is just guessing.
Hello. Just an update, should other owners experience similar problems, removing the exhaust silencer entirely (as currently unable to fit original) has stopped the heater flaming out and it's now running fine (touch wood) on its minimum setting. Thanks for your help.
Dear Sir, I'm planning to buy a boat heater these days...aluterm 2 d was the decision, but after watching your video I'm not sure anymore. Can you give your recommendation? nice greetings

Even if it is flaming out on low stage it should have that error, try running it whitout the modified exhaust to eliminate that
Hi thanks for the prompt reply, no error codes are present on the display, but I will remove the exhaust to see if that helps

First check which brand has service stations in your area and go with that so if you have problems you can solve them faster
