Well I am glad you are here with me Alesia and you can see from FB some of the things that have been keeping me busy. 3 more days............. I am off for a few Looking forward to that for sure!
I've been busy myself & thought I missed a video. Glad to see you. Have to say I'm a bit like you, wouldn't say you are cheap, just frugal. Lol Enjoyed this video. I always make my own garlic bread then you know what is spread on it. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Great minds think a like Dee. No your not missing any I have not put out any...I have good thoughts for getting videos out but ya at dinner time sometimes it dont happen and getting in front of camera takes longer and sometime I dont have that time. Yes I prefer if I can to make things on my own so I kind of know whats in it thanks for stopping in
@@nessasnook I knsorry things have been a little difficult the last couple weeks but hopefully things will settle down and I can do things I need to do.
I have to come here for dinner ideas, because I'm too lazy to think of new stuff ha ha.. I actually have a glass cutting board that I use. My wood one ended up pretty gross looking after a year. Totally get you've been busy and it's the holidays, so don't sweat the channel.
Thanks, I need all the help I can get! lol! I am glad when it comes to dinner my mind is a blank slate. I save all these yummies I see on FB and on line. Getting them cooked is a whole other ball of wax not even talking about the 100's of kindle cookbooks I have :) I dont do the holidays but been soo busy around the house. Thanks for stopping in my friend
Ok I’m drooling… literally drooling, and that’s just at that salad! You can tell I’ve been sick when I drool for salad but my goodness those sammies looked scrumptious! And that crunch when you pushed down on bread😍 I know my Sis and Mark ate well! ❤
Try not being able to eat a salad for over 5 months. I swear I had one everyday for at least 2 months! Now its still a few times a week! This was a meal I do plan to make and I dont think it matters if you use roast or lunch meat but wow I will be doing it again this way for sure even Kim loved it
@@nessasnookI bet! It looks delicious! I hear you on the salad! We eat it, then pay for it belly wise. BUT learning it may be because we don’t have it enough so our bodies reject the digestion process and poof IBS
So good to see you back my friend! That looks amazing! Never thought of doing garlic toast for French dip sandwiches. Yum! Jr would like them. Thanks for sharing with us Nessa. God bless you my friend. ❤️🙏
I miss you too! Thanks for watching! I know we talk all the time but we dont get to see each other on line with you not making videos and me really taking the back seat to them Mary! IF you try this with Jr let me know if he likes it. Thumbs up for all 3 off us Kim made it over after dinner
It was super good Crystal. I will going forth even if I dont make the garlic bread part toast the bread that just was soo much better but who dont love some garlic bread right? Thanks for stopping in
Thanks for the love Nancy, you too! I am trying to get my surroundings peaceful so I can be peaceful. Room by room day by day its getting there. We did some work on the house recently and just getting it back from things being tossed from room to room while working full time gets hard... Thanks for the visit miss you too!
@@nessasnook Yes. You don’t need an expensive butcher block. One you might come across in a thrift store or even one from Walmart. Here is the oil that I use. In a pan add 6T coconut oil and 2T beeswax. Warm until it melts together. Use a soft cloth to apply in circle motions to your cutting board. Don’t forget the sides. Wait 15 minutes and buff it out. Flip over and apply to the other side. Repeating the process. You don’t need to sand them down unless they weren’t treated well or have scratch marks from knives. Do this every few months and more often if you use them a lot.
Ohh that sound super easy to do. I was watching a short last night that we have to be careful about the glues they use in the cutting boards. Is there ANYTHING they are not trying to kill us with?
@ I think it’s their mission in life. Got to get a good spot next to Satan. One day soon Gods coming and there will be no place for them to hide. I watch thrifts stores or estate and yard sales to pick up one that’s older. Been lucky once. I’ve seen one made from just a piece of old tree the other day on some site. Man that was beautiful. She had said her friend made it.
Ohh my Nessa I wanna come over for dinner! That looks amazing and so super simple! Miss you I know I talk to you off here but I miss seeing your smiling face!
Hey welcome back, and I knew you went to WalMart cause it closed up .62 cents, yea... I liked those sandwiches, they looked really good and so simple to make to, you know I like that. I have a good recipe for homemade brown gravy that would easy for au jus I'll send it to you via e-mail. Take care and stay safe.
I love your gravy recipe and I'm excited to try it! I dont know when the next time I will make this and will I make it with roast like I have in the past or the lunch meat. How would you make this going forth. Hands down the toasted bread even without the garlic bread is sooo much better thanks for popping in Robert!
@@nessasnook Oh Good, I'm sure you will like it. I liked those sandwiches but I would have used deli sliced roast beef instead of the pre sliced lunch meat but they did look really good.
Ohhh Beth that pneumonia is a rough thing. That is what got me and Mark in our issues in 2022 I hope and pray that you will bounce right back to your self I am glad to hear you improved
