Also jumping over a line with the ball and getting onto the other side, then dodging away with a fox nearby to dump-off to if/when Blitzed.
That stag looks pretty dubious about the whole thing.
5:20 - Quick correction: with her special rule, she doesn't leap into any square on 3+, it's actually a 2+ because Leap gives you -1 and Bounding Leap ignores any negative modifier.
I guess your right. Since it says NO neg Modifiers to the AGility test. I guess even the skill Leap -1 mod would be ignored WOW that a very good piece to score once per game if your with 8 of the end zone. If she with the White dwarf then he could give here Break tackle for the dodge or Sure feet if she just need to move extra to score. She will help out the Halfling team for sure.
I am not sure this is right. Leap reduces negative modifiers to the AG test, but since Bounding Leap ignores all negative modifiers, what is left is just the vanilla AG roll, a 3+ for Rowana.
@@gertjanverhoeven8960 Yup, you're right. I had to reread the rules of Leap recently over the debate "does a Wardancer leap over no tackle zones on a 2+ or 3+", and I realised that what I read as "+1 to jumping" was "ignore one negative modifier", which Bounding Leap already does.
So it's a 3+ with reroll no matter what.
I don't see her as a blitzing piece, really - instead that 3++ Leap will be great to get her Guard in a cage where you can then blitz with a Wrestle Gnome 🙂
That is what I was thinking too, and your Beastmasters can also dodge into the cage.
To me, this star player feels like "What if the gnomes saw a Wardancer playing against Rumbelow once?"

I guess Dump-Off represents the Bird on the model. So the Bird is basically the Dump-Off part :) thematically really cool!
I like her, your focus on combat skills though does show what the current version has done to the game. I hope we get a new edition soon that returns more of the sport aspect
It's always been very important for Star Players: do they have integral re-rolls? Do they have a combat skill?
Why? Because if you invest that much TV into one player, you want it to be somewhat reliable and have it survive.
Stunty teams are the best fun and this just makes it more better.

are their any 3rd party models out for this yet? I've seen the calaverd3d one but I'm not a fan of it at all, have any of the companies made any yet?
Means your opponent will really have to think twice before side caging!
Well working with the White Dwarf he giving here break tackle or sure feet for extra movement to score or Might Blow for that Blitz action. Also a cheap guard piece is nice.
The Hobgoblin stat line's a bit limited.
Feels like because gnomes are good at holding the line with wrestle, that a push on Rowana let's the oppo move a bit more.
Wonder if an additional Fend might have been nice here. Not an over powered skill and for me at least feels thematic for the antlers and matches that she'll want to be your blitzers anyway
