It's an adventure I've been interested in running for a while, so it's great to hear your take on it. I think it would work well if expanded slightly into a brief campaign probably using WFRP4e. I recall a very old Warhammer campaign pack set in Albion also called M death and also borrowing heavily from the bard. I wonder if that's where Professor DM got the idea!
It would definitely work great in the Old World! I do wish the title was a little less goofy, some folks have accidentally picked up the wrong product because many share the same name.
I would guess because it’s not a traditional lycanthropic werewolf - it’s just a poor guy transformed into a demonic wolf-like monster. When I run it, I make him more unnatural, like with hooves and a barbed tail to really sell that it’s the work of the devil!
Really nice review. Thanks. I have the download PDF but have not played it with my group yet. Watched Prof DM‘s video on this one ages ago and have been eagerly waiting to play it. Lots of exciting options to consider. Timewise, do you think it is a good fit for a 3-4 hour one shot?
Great video! I really like this channel and most of your adventures.

@1ShotJC I think the title is great. A pun The Bard would appreciate :-)
A new video! Hooray!!! I have to ask though, Why "man wolf" instead of werewolf? Just had to ask. Awesome stuff. Thanks!

@@1ShotJC Makes sense. I was just curious. Thanks for the response ;)

If you skip the Malcolm subplot it should easily be able to fit into a 3-4 hour block.
sounds great, I'll use it in Pendragon /Wojtek
It would definitely make for a fun Pendragon excursion, especially with those Virtues in play
can i ask where that background image is from? i really like it
A photo I took in Scotland with a LOT of photoshop generative fill to make it more gothic and creepy!
Gives me some ideas for a Steampunk setting.
Does it?? Haha - I was thinking it’s more medieval grimdark!
So what was the twist?
The players butcher a fierce man-wolf only to discover it’s their buddy eating pretzels at the table :-)
Interesting sponsor.
That was more an Irish than a Scottish brogue, but that's ok... 😉
Begorrah, I’ll work on that!
