I don't think so. In this case, her reaction and speech sounds like she has anxious attachment and it cased her a fear of abandonment that eventually led to her seeking confirmation of his loyalty. I think she just needs to work on herself first. I don't think its that she would have cheated, she doubts herself and projects that doubt onto others.

She might have somewhat, but to be honest I think there were two other things at play here. She is envious of her friend and thought this was one way to get above her by taking away what she had. She also likely wanted him as a boost of her own self esteem. She would value him as long as she can brag but afterwards, she would let him go.
