Hi. Was there a section in the service manual showing how to remove the battery box to expose the valve cover? Or did you make a video including the steps? Thank you!

Hi mate, can u pls tell me do u get VALVE SHIM size CHART with the bike , from the factory or u have to just do the A=B-C+D?Thanks
no chart, just measure the current gap and add/minus to what is in there
How often to check? Shims or screw? My sh300i only needed exhaust valves corrected at 60000km and they were tight but still in specs
check at break-in then every 16k miles. I never checked at break-in
Also depends on how you ride it. With the 300R I rev high most the time this will cause the valve to get tight sooner
Do I have to let engine oil out before open left hole?
