@@WeFixWater 1340 is Evo engine and Evos are carburated as I know. From 1984 - 2000 I think.

How yo adjust your carburator???
Slowly unscrew the slowing screw. At the start, the engine must work well.
All you're doing is beating up the bottom end with such a low idle RPM
