You can probably make it in a yak though it would take a long ass time, but I run around with some buddies who don't mind kayaking miles and camping a night to get on em in a good spot. I've hammered em in 2 marshes north and south of Port Lavaca, but like you say good luck getting there. Good content, new subscriber, keep up the good work.
I appreciate you keeping that location a mystery. Too many good spots get burned from TH-cam videos. I’m pretty sure I fished that one a few weeks ago, it was a hell of a paddle out there and back, had to wait for the right winds and tide. It was worth it but risky in my 8’ kayak.

Does any kayak TH-camrs fish for trout anymore?seems like all content lately is just Reds and black drum… not picking on you but your other buddy goes to Port Bay,or Nueces marshes just hoping you would change it up the trout are out there too
I do have a large number of trout catches but I tend to remove over half of my fish from my videos and they tend to be quick easy throw backs even if they are over 20inches. I like that pull but when fall comes around and they are saw after more than I’ll go through them
