  • Arthritis, inflammation cause knee pains. Knee pain, inflammation can be cured if you can reverse insulin resistance. This is possible by low carb diet. Also some stretch exercises. Secondly I tried
    1. In breakfast 1 Radish, radish leaves, spinach, Fenugreek , coriander, green chili, one egg with yolk and only 2 tbsp flour omelet.
    2. moringa leaf powder daily 2-5 g
    3. Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
    4. Aloe vera gel
    These are anti inflammatory and help reducing inflammation. While low carb diet helps to lower insulin resistance

    Useful tips, specially about the vegetables that help fight inflammation. pomegranates (anar) also help inflammtion. For exercises, I do not think every one should do this. People who have osteo arthritis, should not go for walks but do stationary bike, consult your doctor first plz. I would recommend one food item to every one that can help maintain a healthy knee based on my own experience. Every day, on empty stomach I take 2 walnuts. These walnuts help maintain knee cartilage. eat one walnut, chew slowly for 3 minutes and then take another walnut. In summer, soak walnuts overnight and then eat. walnuts are your best friend if you have knee issues. Secondly, over the age of 40, do not over exercise. Do not sit cross legged as this puts pressure on knee. And start taking knee supplements . I take a supplement with glucosamine. Hope this helps. Seemi from US

      I am also watching my diet and taking green leafy vegetables. It helps. In Ramadan I stopped walking and after that I travelled. When I came back after 2 week there was so much pain. I will go back on my routine and eat healthy, exercise and put some kind of oil that I made or just use castor oil. Allah khair karega, Insha Allah raahat mile gi.

      @@anjumsiddiqi3033 HI, if you are over 40 then you should take more care of your knees. One remedy I found on youtube channel, I would share with you. I prepare a home made herbal oil. Its good for any joint. Take 3/4 cup olive oil, 2 Tbsp castor oil, 3/4 tsp haldi, 1.5 Tbsp methi dana, 1.5 Tbsp kalonji, mix well. Put in a glass jar. If you can find limes, add skin of 2 limes. limes are ANTI INFLAMMATORY too. Put this jar in a dark place, like under the sink, or cabinet. Use after 10 days. I have been doing this since end january. Its best to apply before going to sleep. In the morning, massage ur knees where u applied. After a month, replace the limes and make more oil. It will help u InshaAllah. plz let me know. can I ask ur age ? take care, Seemi from US

    Very informative video! Thanks alot. I really admire you for making great videos. I also ate sweets after Ramzaan, and stopped walking in Ramadan completely then I travelled but still didn't exercise. That's why swelling came to my knees and ankles. when I eat right and exersise I feel much better. I also started to eat flax seed and baajra roti instead of wheat. And don't eat rice a lot.

    Sir, what about hypoglycaemia? How much sugar is needed at the age of 25 and 30 for proper functioning? A doctor shared that for memory, an adequate amount of sugar and B12 is necessary. What would u say about that?

    People who are taking blood pressure pills and blood thinner pills, please, please, DONOT take Apple Cider Vinegar. Consult your Doctor first before you do any of above. He is lucky because these things may be working for him, but not for everyone. Everybody is different and everyone’s medicine and medical problems are different too.
