You explain perfectly and i learn well. My dream is to be millionaire since october 2023 which is my journey. I seemed many things in many channels and you're one of the top channels in my list (you're the unic channel that teach about business perfectly). Thanks 👍.

    Right people are cornerstones for every successful business. A lot of small business compromise in choosing them though.
    Really useful video!!

    Totally agree with your Hire Slow approach. We've implemented a three-step filtering system at our company to make sure we're hiring people with the right company culture values as well as skillset for the specific role.

      Thanks Coen for your comment! That’s awesome! Hiring the right people to fit within your company can be a critical factor to its success. Many people underestimate this step because they actually fear and dread it. But a wrong hire can really negatively impact the business in the short, medium, or long term and sometimes in devastating ways both internally and externally. The initial investment in spending time and having a system to hire is a very smart approach that should reap its ROI overtime. What’s your current challenge? Let me know and I’ll try to do a video on it. Tamer

    Hiring has been one of the most challenging and important steps during the bussnies lifecycle. Very interesting analysis and tips.

      Hiring is really really challenging and it can be a make or break. Even in investing, the first thing usually investors look at is hiring. So fully agree it's important. Thanks for your comment. So do you agree with hire slow fire fast or do you have a different perspective?

    The phrases you keep saying are common I've never heard of before hahaha this was great I totally would have made a crappy hire my first hire if I didn't hear this advice!

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hahaha... well now you are ‘in the know’ and all caught up with the hiring lingo! Funny how you think something is common because you use it so much within a certain circle and then you realise that it’s actually not. What you think is obvious to you isn’t to others ... this is why we all get imposter syndrome... because we feel that what we know is obvious to others because it’s obvious to us. Whereas in fact it’s not obvious to others. Food for thought! Thanks for your comment Hanah!

    YES having a business IS like having a baby that is such a good analogy, but my business baby is 7 years old and still have sleepless nights, AND it's a rebellious teenage monster too! what fun. Great video again thank you Tamer.

      Yes... business baby years are much like cat years... everything in one and so quick yet so slow - looks so cute, yet can get very nasty quickly!! 😆 Thanks for your comment

    Most grateful for providing us with another lifeboat to ease our arduous sailing ( Business growth) towards the land of success. However, how can I - as business owner- build the purpose and the sense of ownership into my employees? I think this will help foster their performance by which both parties, company and its workforce, will get red of a lot of stress; I, as a CEO, won't have such troubles of hiring another one to do the job, and the employee himself won't have this fear of being away of the business at any time, feeling unrelated .

    • @CEOEntrepreneur
      @CEOEntrepreneur  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thanks Khalaf for your comment. Yes fostering the right culture and giving employees ownership is important. And thank you for raising it because this will now be a topic for another video! So stick around and hopefully a future video will answer this. The main points of this video are more fundamental and foundational. Then we can start adding the layers
