As a fellow old washed up fighter I can attest to the efficiency of this method. You can also add the Tabata time ratio 20/10) to any exercise .

The introduction was too long, but when you finally got around to it, I did enjoy the info

How do you program this? Is this a stand alone exercise or do it before or after strength training? OR before/after a longer run?

This would be general conditioning which would be better done after strength training, or long before.

In addition to this I would suggest Harvard Stepups for 1-2 hours

You get like a minute tops depending on how picking positions goes. And if your opponent has an injury you could use that to your advantage and rest

With conditioning is best to go 10-40 seconds depending on the interval, and exercise selection.
      Think Anaerobic

Brother you spent over 2 minutes before you get to the actual exercises. Intro too long, please put timestamps to the actual exercises.

This video could have been waaaaay shorter. You took longer talking than the actual excercise or what you were trying to convey.
