How are we supposed to known that it only accepts collection variables?! EDIT: I do see now that the Salesforce help article on this does mention the values it can accept. The same implementation explained in the video will do this activity. We just need to mention the recipient ID like here I have choose owner Id of the record. hence no matter who triggers the flow the notification will be sent to the respective recipient.

If you send notifications to the different (one user to another user) user than how you will be do that?
