Thank you for this very clear video! I like how you also showed off how to create a Task record so that you can keep an entry in the Activity Timeline about this email getting sent.

Is there any way to attach an email on record?

You can copy the email as text on the task description but this won't reflect the merge fields.
There are other options to do this that may work for you that may use apex. But that's not my expertise.

@@paceyourself_ I might be wrong, but I think Flow could create a record of the Email Message object. It probably has the same kind of merge field limitations as the Task record creation that you show.

Great Video! I was able to follow all these steps to do my flow. One thing I'm having trouble with how can i change the sender of the email?

Any examples of doing this as a scheduled flow in order to replace the time base workflow alerts?

That's a great idea I will create a new video with this as an example

@@paceyourself_ The flow is actually pretty simple, but I spent a lot of time thinking there is no way it could be that simple. It would be nice to see how someone else would do it. I ended up creating a formula field on the object to act as the entry criteria. (It's been 5 days since activity.)
