Hello Joseph . If your plan is to be in Woodstock in 2025, then I would highly recommend putting a deposit down and build a home so you can lock in the price in 2024 . It takes good part of 10-11 months to build a home and the home will be ready in 2025 (perfectly aligning with your timeline) . You only need 5% earnest money to start the process. You pay rest of it when your home is ready in 2025. I was just there yesterday and at the pace they are selling the homes, you will probably catch them towards the tail end of the community with higher prices . Hope that helps .
