Great Review! I've had my 2023 Audi RS5 Competition for about 4 months now and everything you said in this review is spot on. Coming from a Non-Competition 2021 RS5 I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they increased the power/speed (I took it to the Dyno), gave it a better exhaust, and the handling... The Handling is very very un-Audi like. Like you mentioned this cars ride is unmatched in this class. It's so poised and composed even though its super low to the ground and on coilovers. Then there's the cornering. No noes dive, just flat and controlled. I've taken the time to tinker with the 3 stage adjustments on the coilovers and set it to it's track mode and the already incredible cornering capabilities got even better. It's the best suspension I've ever driven on personally (and yes that includes the new M3) Again Great Review Redline! Keep em coming.

I'm not an SUV/CUV or whatever fan. I'm 68' and 6'4" with a bad back and I can tell that this car would be a bear to get in and out of because the B pillar is more passenger friendly than driver friendly. It's too far forward.
Bring back the manual transmission option pls 😢
The car is beautiful, but I'm definitely not a fan of those rims.
Usually Audi has some fantastic looking rims on their vehicles, but these particular ones aren't doing it for me.
The coupe is much more sporty and more beautiful 👍
If only Audi could offer the Rs5 Avant versión of this for next gen…
there will be an RS5 Avant for 2025.
@@stealthhtm23 I know there's one in Europe. But in the US?
@@user-qg2tl3jk9z with the success of the RS6 in North America, and the fact the RS6 will become an EV, Audi would be extremely stupid not to bring the RS5 Avant to NA.
I wonder who would win 1/4 mile race this or the new highland m3 performance.
Who cares about that ugly Chinese fish looking egg blob karen mobile. With it's McDonald's ordering bland interior. I swear teslas are the new poor mans quick car. They target a market of people that cant afford cars like these so they get those ugly cars for cheap speed. I know this becuase I have friends that fit that exact description with a tesla and even admit as much.
I had a 2023 BMW X4M Competition and the interior is very plasticky and generic. I drove the M3, and felt the cheap materials inside, along with the joke of a Harman Kardon stereo system...The Audi not only drives amazing, but the quality is way better than a BMW, and the Bang and Olufsen sound system kills the competition! I have a 2024 RS5 Sportback with all options clicked, and it's amazing!
Thats funny becuase carwow did a review of both and found the audi to have more plastic parts and the bmw won the segment in terms of materials and fabrics between audi and merc. But hey I'm sure ur not biased but spilling out that BS.
Lol I don’t need to be biased and I don’t care what some dumbass no name “carwow” has to say. I owned both so proof is in the pudding! Many forums out there stating how BMW has gone very chintzy with their interiors. Like I would waste the money to trade in the BMW for the Audi and lose all that money. I mean, come on common sense dude.
I wish audi would redo there interiors getting very old inside
2025 new Generation coming in A5. Will obviously carry over to S and RS
@@Troy-fv9uq We shall see. The Germans are falling way behind with just about everything. Their last saving grace is their fun to drive. But with all the German engineer jumping ship to Korea, not even that will be exclusive for much longer.
Rest on your laurels and get left behind. I don't even notice when Hyundai surpass VW. Their Ioniq 5 EV has over 600hp! That's two Golf Rs. More than any VW has ever produced.
95k and no ventilated seats or remote start? No flat bottomed steering wheel? Clicky knobs and buttons? A small infotainment screen? An auto with a torque converter? My 35k daily has all that.
M3 is still king. It’ll outperform an RS5/4 in every aspect. 94k is not worth it. Looks like a normal A5.
Won't out perform as a daily driver while having good performance. You taking that M3 to thr track? If not you bought the inferior car just due to mental retardation.
Nice
Wow I can’t wait for the dodge charger to be out in 25 with 550hp inline 6 turbo awd for 65k will smoke all these cars for thousands less too
No way Bruno
@@DaltonMirklestein the new dam 1500 has the same engine now and that weighs 6k lbs they did a roll and floored it doing it 45mph it roasted the tires just imagine what 4k lb car with awd is going to do
@@cbruno12180 Do you know Naveen? He's a Dodge guy too
@@DaltonMirklestein no who is he
We shall see.
This vehicle is starting to look a little dated, it’s giving very 2018-19 on the exterior imo.
Well, makes sense. That’s the year the sportback debuted 😂
@@jr1885 right I knew that, I was implying that a refresh or better yet a full revamp is due 🤣🤣🤣
Close to 100k for 444hp . . . huh?
It’s faster than a lotus evora Gt 419 whp and same price as the lotus
More expensive and underpowered than the competition. Only a fool would even consider buying it. With this price point they should have given it 500+ hp and torque
No way Sofyan got a better time in the Audi over a M3 comp he tweakin 😂
