FEH has great art and lots of references to the series, at least. It's nice to get brand new artwork for characters from decades ago who never would have been seen again otherwise.
Dr. Mario World and Dragalia Lost were the best ones. They actually felt like they were built with mobile phones in mind and were not ports or stripped down versions of other games, unlike AC: Pocket Camp and Mario Kart Tour. I was so sad when they announced the servers' closure Nice Vid, BTW.
Fire Emblem Heroes isn't really something for people who aren't fans of the series imo. If you're not a fan already or currently getting into it it can be a little overwhelming sometimes. That being said though giving it a B is criminal when the artworks, music, story and gameplay (for what it is) are peak.
As a Fire Emblem fan, feh is terrible. The story is a joke and cringe. The constant powercreep is stupid. They can’t go one banner without having some broken unit or skill. Barely any new modes after all these years. Yay, let’s play more aether raids….not. After all these years and not even a guild system or any meaningful way to interact with friends. Let’s not forget QoL behind a god damn subscription.
@dandan3045 The art is great, at least. I love seeing new artwork for 90s and early 2000s FE characters that have been completely forgotten otherwise. So I want the game to continue forever just for that alone, despite its issues.
@@dandan3045 As a die hard FE fan, yea the story is bad, and a lot of the OC's are bland and don't fit in with a lot of other fe characters. I also don't enjoy the gameplay and aside from the weapon triangle it feels like every other mobile game I've played for a week then deleted. Some of the artwork is gorgeous, but there's a lot of mid art too.
as a feh player i can only really recommend it if you are a fire emblem fan, even if you only plan to play casually and just collect characters that look pretty it will all get repetitive very soon if you are not into fire emblem at all, especially with all the gamemodes being practically the same thing and also having to grind them every day. fire emblem is not for everyone as the games are mostly strictly linear and not a very active gameplay, just tactical round-based strategy, so unless you are interested in waifu chess i'd say you pass
Crazy cause all my friends got into fire emblem through heroes b4 three houses came you when I was trying my hardest to get them into it. The fact feh is still going strong for this long still surprises me and can arguably be nintendos most successful mobile game.
@@darkstalker696 definitely not arguably, if you check the revenue of nintendo mobile games you can see feh has a large percentage of the total also i wish i could get my friends into fire emblem lol
@chichichichichichichichichichi that's crazy. I mean, we get like 12-13 new units a month. There's always something to summon for unless you're saving.
Mario Kart Tour is still one of my favorite MK games and I don't mind counting it as MK9. I remember seeing the game getting updated every 2 weeks with exciting new driver, track, karts and gliders was mind blowing!! And I appreciate the fact that they made all of this content from scratch then ripping stuff like the Booster Course Pass did.
Wel thankfully Nintendo counts tour as a main mk game and people can cry all they want and try to lie to you when Nintendo confirms something count as a main entry even if weak info its still counts tour is the 9th main mk game in the series rather they like it or not the thing that the fans have anything to say what counts Haha NO keep dreaming
A little opinion on Dragalia Lost, that game was truly amazing, the story was very engaging and you can feel the love they gave to it by the developers, it's a shame it didn't do that well…
Miitomo was cool. Honestly if they fleshed it out and added it into an actual game kinda like tomodachi life it could be a great social media app and stick around permanently
I love RPG's and I really liked Dragalia Lost at first. I played the original 6 chapters and I dropped it. I won't go in depth about my problems but basically I didn't like the controls, gacha mechanics (I'm not completely against gachas) and too many events. I heard about the games shutdown and wanted to at least play more of the story but didn't get a chance to. Good game. I'm surprised it's a Nintendo game but I respect they gave it a good run (unlike Bandai Namco and their Tales of mobile games) Good video.
I still greatly miss Dragalia Lost. Safe for the Gacha (which wasn't nearly as bad as it could've been), I genuinely think it was an overall great game! I hope one day, the franchise gets revived in SOME way. But I don't have my hopes up
As a day 1 player the Gacha mechanic was way worse on release mainly due to summons costing 1,500 wyrmite then 1,200 and wyrmprint's being in the pool lowering your odds at a 5☆ adventurer/dragon
@@Jordan3DSLots of character development among chapters. People really started to like him around Volume 3, but it was Volume 6 where he started to shine as a real character.
I’m bloom player with level 100 & glad to see on A tier! 😎👍🏻 I know it’s not Pokemon go popular but Im very glad bloom doing alright & it be 3 years old next month 👀
Imo Animal crossing pocket camp could of been so much better. Animal crossing new leaf but you can place stuff outside and visit others campsites in rv vans and actually travel a world. Also wish Nintendo made a splatoon phone game similar to call of duty mobile.
As a day 1 dragalia player when I still had a iPod touch I saw the game evolve over its run just note summons were way different, summons cost 1,500 wyrmite (the free currency) or 1,500 Diamanium (the paid currency) compared to the 1.200 it became later and wyrmprimts (cards used to get a boost to stats) were also in the pool then which limited your chance at 5 star adventurers or dragons but would be removed later during the games 1.5 anniversary
Dragalia Lost was easily the best of these. Super generous with its gacha mechanics, very player friendly and extremely in depth with its mechanics. It also happened to be the only game with legitimate endgame content beyond PvP and Events. It was just a real gem of a game. It's too bad it got shut down.
Dragalia Lost was one of the best gaming experiences I have had. The incredible music, great story and voice acting with lots of lovable characters, simple and fun gameplay. I still remember the night when the first high dragon trail dropped with the community racing to get the first clear, wiping to the boss over and over again to learn its moveset. Sadly the game was almost killed on arrival because one of the director's mad mouths disrespected a different game with similar gameplay and pretty much killed the game in Japan.
I’m still sad I missed the ability to finish the story of Dragalia with my cool crossover units I got over the years, my phone stopped being able to run the game well so by the time I got a new phone, the game had died 😢
i still also have Dr Mario World on my Samsung S21 before it shutdown. i actually found it kinda of fun. i hope dumping and archiving the assets will do anything for the future of this game for a revival hopefully
If you decide to play feh in modern days be just collect heroes you look cool and are interested in dont pull on every banner save your orbs. We get a average 12 new units a month and can be very hard to keep track of who has what.
Crazy but they fr need to bring more games on mobile like some Nintendo switch games are capable of beng on mobile... They can still makeus pay for it so they dont lose money.

Mario Kart Tour: yeah, feels kinda jank and I need some sort of complex account setup just to try my own copy. 4/10. Animal Crossing: just flat up boring.
I mean FE has like a thousand characters in it. That's a lot of options for new art so that the game doesn't get stale. People also get more attached to characters that have actual personalities and backstories. Like, Mario games are a ton of fun, but a Mario gacha game is doomed to fail because there's barely any characters and they're not fleshed out.
People always look at AC pocket camp and MKtour as if they're supposed to be as good as real animal crossing and mariokart. News flash: theyre not. If you play them as MOBILE games and not as mariokart/animal crossing games, they become way more fun. like I played mariokart tour as just straight junk food, and it was great at just killing time whenever i was bored feh is definitely made for fire emblem fans, which is why I like it
