"I feeling so nervous tonight i might do a trick right' TC Laughter is the best medicine when down & feeling blue...damn good for a lot of other stuff. Thank's Tommy RIP.
what an incredible human being. probably the only person who could die infront of people and they think it's a joke. and do you know what, i think he wouldn't want to go any other way.
this geezer is still a legend in his unique field of comedy n magic..purely different class..1 of a kind n 1 in a billion..always a joy 2 watch..1st n last laugh 4 us all 2 enjoy..many thanks..I wish 2 meet u up there in time n place..I'd be your man behind the curtain n in stitches..RIP Top Great Comedian
Utter genius and loved by all Brits. People would not even dare go out on a Friday night if he was on TV. He also did Vegas for a bit but was booked out for 2 years in the UK so carried on back home. He certainly lifted people spirits post war and beyond. Sorely missed.
I LOVE his laugh ... absolute GENIUS ... he really didn't do much other than laugh tell the odd joke and walk around and yet how we all laughed just looking at him. Unrivalled comedy. Thank you for sharing.
How is this even funny? Non of the tricks worked. And pain is spelled pain not pane. They are completely different things. Couldnt understand a word he said either. It was all Harrarra rarrar rarrrere rarrar. Just a gabble.
@@philparrish8892 How is this even funny? Non of the tricks worked and he keeps on saying rarra rarre rurrr. Not like that, like that, ahurrr hurrr. It's just gibberish.
My Uncle George is a dead ringer of him He had a unique talent of making tricks go wrong. He was so good he was a member of the magic circle Just like that God bless you Tommy thanks for the permanent humour
you know what it is with Tommy Cooper, it is so simple what he does, no one ever came up with it, i mean what is it that he actual does?, bad magic tricks?, but it is so funny and clever, it is really Art. anyone else on stage doing this exact same thing would not be funny!. it is brilliant in its simplicity, and only Tommy could do it.
totally unique...a guy who was just as funny as he looked...often women said he wasn`t funny but its nearly always women who laughed most at his shows...a type of humour from the past.....never dates though.
A COMEDY GENIUS . THRAWTED WITH NERVES THAT AFFECTED HIS PERSONAL LIFE AS PORTRAYED IN THE EXCELLENT DRAMA ON ITV EASTER MONDAY 9PM . A GREAT DRAMA THAT SHOWED HIM SUPERBLY ACTED BY SHAMELESS ACTOR DAVID THRELFALL . BAFTA AWARD IN THE MAKING I THINK
A man of his times his scripts are brillant one of the greatest of comedy his jokes brillant just looking at tommy cooper made you laugh before he hit the stage
I know how stressful working in a restaurant can be it's hard and can make you angry sometimes, throwing plates and cups around would be a good stress relief wish I was allowed to that at my restaurant.
I am convinced that the moment starting at 2:55 was a genuine mistake in the show. When the two legs come off, the pair of lady's legs were meant to come down at that moment, however when they didn't Tommy went back stage and, as shown in the clip, began having a go at someone backstage. I've never seen the full version of this part and it is interesting to show Tommy managed to convince the audience that it is part of the act, however the way he throws it down and says "it's a bit late now, isn't it?!" seems to me that he was really pissed off at that moments that the gag went wrong.
It's sad his last act was him actually having a heart attack but In a way he died what he loved to do and made people laugh even if it was unfortunate!
So much talent unlike the comedy of today
Pure class
This guy was a legend, taken much too early, it took amazing timing to get magic tricks wrong.

Hysterectical.
4:09 - How to deal with a heckler
Say nothing and just pull a face that says " WTF is he on about?"
Indeed, but this is a set up, it's part of his act. He was a genius.
It's sad his last act was him actually having a heart attack but In a way he died what he loved to do and made people laugh even if it was unfortunate!
Gabriel Guzman I think it's the way he'd have wanted to go.
Amazing
Lol
0:20 - Tommy died on stage, of a heart attack.
I was watching, I thought it was part of the act and laughed at first
The restaurant sketch is powerful ;) Well only in 2019?
August 14 2020. It is timeless, always will be powerful!

At 2:05 (broke my arm) and 5:23 (water in the carburetor) he uses Rodney Dangerfield's jokes...
At the very end I would have said. “Alright whose thirsty?”
24:04 For the Laurel and Hardy bit
Thanks 4 that... Great Job
The man who keeps walking back and forth, is that Oliver Hardy (from Laurel and Hardy)?
Mike LeBouef. Yes it is
It's not the Real Oliver Hardy, he died in 1957
