For me it was fitting quite well... because the scouts had an agenda and are grown up know.. its a cruel world out there and they know that. the actions they have taken spoke for them more than any speeches ore more. i found it satisfiying to see eren is not a dumbass anymore and can see and combine little pieces. things have to be done at this point and everybody knows that. on the other side - yes there is pain, suffering and so one. but again its a Cruel world that was the point of Episode 6 and 7 in the first Season. the Anime dont need to repeat himself it builds on top of that.

Attack on Titan has been a passion of mine and the story is magnificent that's why i got into text RP bc The emotional sense and feeling like your in those moments. I just wish my Aot server would grow that way I had hundreds of people wanting to help tell a new side of the story. I even wanted to animate the rps.
Hello girls. Just to let you know, because I have seen other comments mentioning this, but his name is pronounced Lee-Vy, not Le-Vee. Just an observation. LOL.

It IS HIS name after all. In my opinion, the least a person can do is TRY to be respectful enough to learn how to pronounce someone's name. As for this show the reason I let it go quickly is because in the end, these guys re just animation. They aren't real. lol. So while it bothers my ears when people pronounce names wrong, I just laugh it off.

The episode starts in such a devious way, showing us Willy's kids, how they don't wanna leave their dad go to work, his last words to his family. Afterwards, on the carriage ride, we see exactly how meticulously everything was planned between Magath and Willy so it makes it even more difficult to decide who has the upper hand: Eren with his "surprise" attack or Marley with their contingency plan for all this. Willy's sister being the Warhammer Titan - talk about a plot twist! Mikasa with the insanely cool entrance, putting a dent in the Warhammer Titan! Meanwhile, the rest of our heroes joined the fray and it really looks like the Paradis Island forces got the upper hand in all this. You can already see the cracks in our team - Jean arguing with Floch, who is much less concerned about casualties looks very concerning. Floch behaves a lot like Reiner, Bertholdt and Annie did when they attacked Paradis Island, no regards for casualties or what happens to those around them. Seeing Gabi's rage - the cycle begins anew - Connie and Sasha in the roles of the "oppresors", the invading force, this time around. Eren figured out the Warhammer Titan was remote controlled so fast and Levi came in at the right time to save Eren from being eaten by Porco - the action accelerated so much in those last few minutes of the episode. The cliffhanger it ends on just makes you wanna watch the next episode asap. You made some excellent points during your post reaction talk, that's one of my favourite segments of each reaction! The sister is not a plot-twist. The brother said in a previous episode "you can't even tell which one of us is the Warhammer titan". So it's not a plot-twist, it's a "revelation" about a "mystery" but still, it's not important at all.
All of Willy Tybur's plan gas come into fruition. He is baiting Eren into coming to Marley and showing that he is an aggressor. Willy didn't do this until they learned that founding titan is in the hands of a basically nobody and they don't know what eren will do with it. Eren just proved that Willy is correct on his assumptions.
Willy and MaGath weren't speaking LITERALLY in terms of calling Eldians devils and other terms. They were trying to make it "easier" to do what they were about to do. Also calling out the hypocrisy. But it's hard to catch in a non native language.
