Good question! I would use ManyCam, you can get it free version. I actually did not display my slides when I applied, I just spoke as if I had changed slides using transitions phrases. For example “Let’s see what’s next.” Other programs are out there but I don’t know them as well.

The demo is supposed to be around 5 minutes but it is hard to include all of the slides in that time. I would do as many slides as possible within the requested time

You can but not by much. They will probably not watch more that the first five minutes anyhow. It probably won't count against you.
