Just bought a leon and been trying to find a engine cover for it... where would be the best place? Without going main dealer as its like £100+

Depends which engine as theres slight variations some have oil cap in middle and some have it towards the right and you should be able to get one off ebay around £40-£60

What did you use too connect the ram air flow pipe too the car? Mine didn’t come with like a connection for it.

Its the silicone pipe which comes part of the ram air kit, u might be able to get away using a custom silicone pipe adaptor which goes over the MAF

Would you say the air flow cleaner is essential to remove any grime etc, or would i be ok to leaving it before changing my intake?

I wouldn't say its essential but grime was definitely present so would only do it some good

@@miisterj Yea thats fair enough. Ive got the same indiction kit, but its missing the "u channel" rubber bit that sits round where the pipe goes through so ive emailed them 🙄

Can i just ask. I have a 2011 Audi TT TDI S LINE . Would a Ram air induction kit or an exhaust or even both make my tt sound any better . Just wanted to know because if i cant get my tt to sound fast and not just look fast . Well im going to buy a new Car. I dont want to end up spending cash and then it still sounds the same . Thanks for ur time. ✌️......Jay

Being a diesel were already limited to options. The ram air induction kit just makes the more of the turbo boost sound louder and gives a whoosh sound after it dumps the boost. If you want it louder then a turbo back exhaust would be your best choice, check out my video of the Seat Leon turbo back exhaust for the sound

Would this sound ok on a MK6 TDI with a stage 1? Much HP gain/induction sounds?

I would say its more for the sound aesthetic then the performance, a pipercross panel filter will probably give more performance gains

@@miisterj Yea im aware its only about +5hp roughly isnt it. I have looked@the panel filters, but i like the idea of having an induction kit sat there to rev 😆🤷🏼‍♂️
