Since then I wasn't in touch with him or seen him until my exflatmate sent his pic from news that he is the killer and we were shocked including that rental agent who said he had innocent personality and something must have triggered him. We really don't know what triggered him, even psychiatry doctors say that. We may only guess perhaps. He was in his own world and didn't think others were there. I can't tell some embarrassing things he did but I thought its due to his mental health issues so I didn't shout but told him like a kid on how to do simple things but he tested my patience many times so I told him with some sarcasm in serious tone. My friend who visited me and helped me clean the kitchen reminded of that day when I told him seriously to clean up after using as he necked, and said I was lucky he didn't do anything to me. In May 2021 Qld police visited my apartment when I was away for work because he was screaming loudly and neighbours thought its domestic violence and reported to police and they found out he was frustrated on the fridge as the tray wasn't fitting well. Police saw him harmless to people as he never had criminal record so they didn't think its important to track his whereabouts and now we saw what happened in Bondi. As my bedroom has no lock I used to shut the hallway door just to feel safer, and his bedroom was on other side of my bedroom wall so I could hear all his screams when he had episodes. He would vigorously shake his body, head, arms in various directions so I avoided going near him when he held big knife 🔪 in kitchen as he would also talk fast gibberish manner to himself. He did his bedding and general laundry so many times a week which looked odd and would wash his hands many times and shake them vigorously many times which perhaps is related to his mental health but in kitchen he didn't show that same hygiene level. He is not someone one can forget easily but past two years his memories faded in my head but this incident brought them back and will haunt me for a while atleast.
