I had - and loved! - one of Lauren Hutton's makeup disk kits many years ago. A lot of thought was put into that product, though I'm not sure it was Ms. Hutton's thought. She was an excellent salesperson for it, and the cream products in the disk lasted a long time without changing color or consistency. Thanks for the memory joy!

She was a great inspiration in the 70s along with Cybil Shepherd, Jaclyn Smith, Farrah Fawcett, and there was an absolutely stunning Max Factor model, brunette with blue eyes I've forgotten her name. I'll never forget how delighted I was to see Revlon's blue and green nail polishes! The colors weren't particularly pretty but so new, unusual and.....daring! Such fun to discover makeup as a teen! I have had to throw away all my eye makeup due to an eye infection and then Blepharitis . I am starting from scratch again trying to buy only what I need as I will be discarding it as soon as it reaches the expiry date.

@@EliseMarquamJahns Thank you Elise .well my ophthalmologist recommended specific eye wipes to be used twice a day for three weeks. No eye makeup during that time. 😏 I have since purchased a specific eye cleansing gel Optase that I use to wash my eyelids twice daily. It contains t tree oil. So far it seems to be working well but I will have to keep monitoring it in case of a recurrence. A bit of a nuisance the whole thing 😒

I like Elf Halo Glow as a primer on my dry skin. I like Elf Satin foundation and May fit me powder. I enjoy Rms blushes and Pat McGrath bronzer.
