PJ, as always, this was a nice presentation. But you lost me when you said "no bathroom". For the size, I'm surprised they went with front storage but no toilet.

Terrible design decision for a rig that size. Plenty of space for upper storage cabinets on the walls and the storage closet could definitely be slightly wider and be a wet bath. Lower walls should have flip down table top also. Ton of wasted space. Definitely wouldn’t even consider a rig that size without interior bath.
Not anything that would interest me. Too much work for those who just want to go, set up, camp and break down and leave. Nice for those who are use to Tent Camping but need out of the elements now.
That interior storage closet vs a cassette toilet is an interesting decision.
There a floorplan called the 16FB. Identical to this but has a nice size wetbath where the closet is.

Wow if you had trouble reaching those tabs on the kitchen I know I cant. Too bad that was a kitchen I would consider having.😢 a man designed it.😂
