I wish we had been able to see all of the evidence that Kari was going to present, and the witnesses. Her witness from the gun manufacturer was great, proving that guns don't pull their own triggers. She had other witnesses who we didn't get to see. I'm sure that with everything she learned about the case she wanted other people to know the facts too, and the defense didn't want the facts out there.
It is actually a shame he can't face prosecution. He's every ounce as negligent as Hannah was (what's the saying, don't point a gun at anything you're not willing to kill, or something? That’s 5 prosecutors for an involuntary manslaughter charge? Hmmm sounds more like a malicious prosecution to me.
Morrissey definitely has a vendetta.
Every time I see YSL in a title of your videos my brain goes 'Yves Saint Laurent' and I get very confused.
Same 😂😂😂
I think people that believe a DA can make a community safe are ignorant as to what a DA is supposed to do. Are they a piece of the puzzle? Yes, but what power do they have without cops, detectives, and sheriff?
Those locs, though!!! 😮❤😮
She just wants to clear herself from the Brady violation. If the appeal court agrees with her then the Brady violation goes away.
Yay 👍 perfect. I agree the law is the law. 🎉
A plea deal is always a lesson in risk assessment. If you’re part of a group, watch how they are treated. If you’re at the end of the indictment, I’d take my chances as the prosecutors took on the worst first. I’m just glad this is over. It was all a publicity stunt by the prosecutors took, and it didn’t play out well. And I’m usually pro pros.
A plea deal is offered in almost 100% of criminal cases
Catching up on the replay crew. I don't get what Kari Morrisey thinks she's doing. It's like she's obsessed with the case and can't let it go. Yes, we get it...she really wanted to bag Alec Baldwin, so she should have been careful to avoid Brady violations! I can't believe that the appeals court will be open to revisiting this.
Kari Morrissey is the gift that keeps on giving. Does she get paid by the word?
Long A trial for basically nothing...waste of people time and $$$
My county only pays $14 but I work for a company that's large and pays us if we are summoned to jury duty I've never been chosen but the days I've gone to represent I have gotten paid by my job.
fani has spoken on record about loving RICO as a weapon against “gangs” and you put into words why it’s sooo gross imo
Shannon isn’t out of custody due to pending actions while incarcerated; I believe he had the audacity to get stabbed.
Morrisey needs to be sanctioned
If one day Morrissey has a biography, the first line is going to be "Call me Ishmael"
And if it's an autobiography, it will be "Call undersigned counsel Ishmael".
Jeffrey is happy for Yak and Shannon. No regrets.

I think we need a semi truck horn and/or engine revving sound for “the road so far” 😂
So weird to be on the replay crew but here I am watching sick in bed trying to catch up
Picking a jury via zoom is absolutely ridiculous. This infuriates me. Effing stupidity, get with the times. I don’t know why this is but if it’s because of some virus get over it. The flu has been around way before we were here and it’s going to continue. But this is injustice. It’s not fair to the person on trial and it’s not fair to the family of the victim if it is a possible cause for an appeal. Which I think it should be.
How dare SB compare herself to HESTER PRYNE!
Replay crew💜
“Are we the drama?” :)
Replay crew!! ❤❤

The judge became the 👀 emote
Atlanta finna be lit this weekend 😂🎉
I'm often on replay crew, and I'd much rather just skip through the beginning timer than have it pop in after the talking has started when I do catch the live.
The others should have held out...
I just googled jury duty pay in Ga..its between 5and 50.00 per day. My employer doesn't pay for JD. That pay would be a financial hardship for me. Those poor jurrors..
People ultimately want things to be fair.
Me on the judge comments: wilt thou leave me so unsatisfied
Kari Morrissey is appearing unstable, obsessed
Her inability to understand why the judge would kick out the case with prejudice- makes me wonder about Brady violations with her previous cases.
She's a special prosecutor - normally a defense attorney so she wouldn't have prosecuted any other cases.
Kari Morrisey is doing a really good job of providing Baldwin’s point that she’s just going after the “shiny object” with no regard for justice
One of the jurors wore a “Boyz in a hood” t-shirt for sentencing 😂
Baldwin is such a pompous ass---he doesn't care one bit that he killed Halyna. That poor girl deserves better. No accountability---he just goes on with his life.
I think you are very correct he was ultimately responsible for pulling the trigger and killed the girl.
I’m not sure Alec isn’t responsible in some way, as someone who has handled guns all my life ,I know you never point one and you check and recheck before you pull the trigger. He should have checked, he also should never have aimed and third pull the trigger!
What is he literally on video doing?!) He's not seeing prosecution for his actions because Kari broke the rules. And Kari can't take it.
What happened to the civil case that Glora Allred promised???
I absolutely believe Baldwin is the most responsible of the people charged; but the shit Kari was pulling has to be punished. Hopefully he'll face some justice through civil suits. ...and hopefully Kari becomes a bit of a law pariah for her antics.
@@drewclark8799 "the shit she was pulling" what exactly did she do? the "evidence" was very unlikely to be exculpatory--in fact, Hannah Reed's attorney didn't want that ammo anywhere NEAR their case.
Replay crew 🫶🏻
It’s good to hear this new mexico jurisdiction has solved crime and can pay Kari to pursue her passions and never give up. I can only imagine how well funded the police and teachers are!
Kari should be sanctioned at this point.
Who else rewound tape to see the coat/jacket combo? 🙋🏻♀️
Help! Can someone please tell me about this YSL case? I've seen many videos but never actually watched any of them.
Same I need someone to break it down for
Me but as if I was 10 years old
From my understanding it was a gang/mafia type group. With a rapper and record label at the top of it as bosses. I maybe wrong.
4:51 - I think that the judge wanted it over with.
"If the bullet don't fit, you must acquit."
I think Alec Baldwin should sue Kari
Are there no other cases in LA! Jesus fuck
Kati, when you begin a dumpster fire, you get away from it, you don't stop to see the ashes...
I had a hard time today, the chat never opened for me even though I have been subscribed for years
Meaning Kari is just off the her rocks, and she should have to pay Everytime she submits a brief to the court. Lol, the woman just doesn't know when to stop. I feel bad for the Hutchinson family 🙏 but they can go after Baldwin in court they the so choose too for damages.
I had a friend do time in Georgia for a bar fight charged under GA RICO which is so broad that if you and some buddies have traffic tickets and also bar fights they get you on RICO.
Good morning ☕, you'll need some ☕☕ coffee..
I bet a lot of the time for the YSL jury deliberation was just having to go through so many counts and mark their verdict slips for each.
