- We have eaten raccoon and crawfish for days now but it struck me last night when I was frying up some raccoon fat To make Them into pieces of bacon basically , That the rendered fat leftover will be great for frying other foods. What could be better than frying up crawfish in the raccoon fat. Well outside of turkey fried in raccoon fat. But I only just got that 50 caliber air rifle. After I sight it in today maybe Turkey will be on the menu Fried in raccoon Fat as well.

The intro is so peaceful and serene. Love the scenery and music. I recently went out with a friend fishing on the south jetty where I live and it was beautiful. The waves were 4 to 5 feet and the fog engulfed us, I had forgotten how beautiful my home really is. Glad I went.

Love the series BUT, never pump up your air rifle like that again, while pumping your building up heat and this will destroy the pump in no time. I would advise pumping for a max of 5 min and then bleeding it and letting it cool down.
It was cool there so it would cool down alot faster but I wouldn't know

You should go to oregon for one of these 30 day things there's snowy mountains, Forrests, deserts, canyons so you would get to decide what you wanted hot or cold

Hey Zach, New subscriber, fellow hunter, and Christian here! I'm 71 years young and retired so I got the time to hunt but didn't take into account the decrease in energy! I was hoping that Oregon would loosen up on crossbow restrictions but if anything, it's gotten worse on hunters. Guess that's what i get for being a born-in-Oregon conservative drowning in a sea of blue snowflake "ya, let's open the boarders, givem sancturary, wellfare, and free health care, then their sure to vote for us" Democraps! What frosts me the most is all the bribes are paid for by us taxpayers! OK, now I'll get off my soapbox. Sure is nice to watch your channel. Makes me feel right at home and almost like I was there with you! Ya hunt what's available and eat what ya hunt, right? I've had some unique cusine experiences fried frog legs and catfish are right up there as my favorites. I've also ate rattlesnake and it's OK, just not one of my favs. Others I probably just didn't prepare right like "mud bugs and earth worms" which tasted too earthy for me! If done up right I guess grass hoppers are good but I just haven't gone down that road....yet!
Boy you've got the same air rifle I've been drooling over for a number of years but it's just too far out of my meager retired guy budget. As a sponsor did they give you a good break on price? I'm thinken that package must of cost way over $1000, right? And that drone delivery. Was that for real????

Not going to lie - saw the video title and thought: “Wow if this guy is nailing crawdads with a .50 cal air-soft, it must be just like shooting womprats in your T16 back home.”
And y’all are in Texas, find some Mesquite wood and slow smoke that turkey in a bushcraft smoker. Mesquite smoked turkey > fried turkey. Give it 10-13 hours in concentrated smoke.

PPS from veterinarian family member that wanted to add: careful eating shells of water inverts (craws, shrimp, lobster, snails, etc) as the wrong piece can cut up your guts. Most aren’t like soft shells and won’t break down in your stomach as easy when fried/cooked. They can be safe, especially fried shrimp and craws, but make sure to overkill-chew the food. (I didn’t know this either until she said to post it!)

I have been following you since you were on the survival show. I’m not a religious person myself per se but I am spiritual. I grew up in church my uncle is a pastor and I know all about it. But I do love how everything you’ve gone through it recently in your own personal life are you still stay strong in your faith. I think that’s amazing. Look forward to more videos from you and I love how their kid friendly because I allow my daughter to watch your videos as well. Stay strong Buddy and God bless. PS. Honestly, eating it with the shell is better than sucking the eyes out.
As a Cajun, I eat a lot of mudbugs boiled in crab boil. I'll pinch the tails and suck the heads but I have to clean the gut line out of the middle. I could never eat them with the shell on for that reason same with shrimp.
