I had a 1.3 megawatt Cat genset with 300 hours,window the block! I walked back into the room and 150 gallons of antifreeze and 50 gallons of oil on the floor! Oh and a rod the size of my leg!
Javi is in training from Ricky if you can touch the crank thru a hole in the block it's probably not going to buff out. The joys of dragging trailers up and down the road.😊
I don’t know what it is about the 17+ 450’s but I work for a company and I have three of these that I maintain and all three of them have blown engines under 50,000 miles and two of them have blown two engines replaced and warranty by Ford. We also have a lot of 550s and they all have blown engines as well. And we have a lot of 350s and none of them have blown up so I’m starting to think that the ones that are blowing up are because of the rear gear. They are maintaining almost 3000 RPMs at 75 mph. The 350’s are geared taller and I think the engine likes it a hell of a lot more.
I work at a Post Office Garage, where we fix postal vehicles, we work with Jasper Engines and Transmissions all the time....i have seen a lot of problems with their gasoline engines, so Ryan isn't wrong about Jasper's quality of engines. One Way diesel's Lambo is a Cummins!!! Cmon, man.
The fireball crew need to make sure they dont talk or guess how many wins or losses they will have next season for npk. This is the 2nd season javi and ryan spoke about it and jinked it. Win or lose ill still cheer for you guys
Javi persuade Ryan to buy a truck,.😢 GM.. with an Allison Trans so that when unscheduled or forced down shifts are prevented. No engine overspeeds exposing the rods to the atmosphere. Just saying...😊mm.. Retired Engineer.

Those fords are known for either blowing up or having the fuel system grenade. Theres a local diesel shop around here and they make more money on powerstrokes than they do any other brand. Also a local tire shop had a 6.7 450 and 6 engines got put in it underwarranty before they finally got dodge 5500. Personally id avoid the headache altogether and buy something else.

You think manufacturers want to make engines that don't break? Since when do manufacturers benefit from huge shop rates or warranty work? They don't. They also continue to increase customer base when their engines are more reliable not the other way around
Actually the 6.7 is a better engine than the 7.3. The 7.3 like the Cummins is “better” because stupid cheap people can keep them running. The same people who brag on those old trucks are happy making 175hp to the ground. I’m a die hard ford guy and between my son and I we own 12 of them. We have 7.3,6.0,6.4, and 6.7 plus a few Cummins trucks(second gens). You can NOT make a 7.3 pull with the newer trucks no matter what you do. I have been in the business of these trucks since the 94.5 7.3 came out. The government and people to stupid to own them are what destroys them most of the time.
Powerstrokers are junk anyways…😅😂😂😂 best diesel is Cummings with the least amount of problems… you find thousands of powerstrokers but a quarter of Cummings and n junkyards … js
