Fern Britton posts 'loaded tweet' aimed at Phillip Schofield sending fans wild amidst feud rumours

- Former This Morning presenter Fern Britton has tweeted about a conversation with Eamonn Holmes, hours after Eamonn discussed the rift between Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
Fern, who presented This Morning with Phillip, said she’d had the “loveliest catch up” with Eamonn, who blasted the current presenters, claiming their friendship and on-screen chemistry is now "an act".
Fern looked like she was stirring up more controversy, as she and Eamonn appeared to turn on Phillip amid his reported feud with Holly, reports the Mirror.
Phillip, 61, was back on the sofa today with Holly, 42, after she was reportedly ‘deeply upset’ after Phil released a public statement about their friendship following reports of a rift.
ITV bosses were said to be prepared to fire Phil from his role on the shows he and Holly co-present if their "chemistry" had changed.

Absolutely correct . No-one is ever as ‘nice and wholesome’ as she pretends to be .

Agree 💯. Schofield is sly and nasty. Everyone patting him on the back for "coming out " never mind his long suffering wife. Emmon and Fern are real nice people (in my opinion) Schofield sadly got too big for his boots

He pushed her out did the same thing holly is doing to him distancing himself from Fern all because she had an operation to help her lose weight it was leaked d fern said it was her buisness ITV turned on her and schofield made sure she got the push and wanted holly as his day time partner dreadful pair both have to go before l ever watch that show GMB and loosewoman had it with me when Piers was pushed out the door.

I think FERN BRITTON would still be a fantastic presenter on t.v.
Fern was way better with people than Willoughby will ever be, Philip was nicer to people then as well. Fern was ousted in favour of Willoughby A) because they wanted to attract a younger, more diverse & digitally aware viewer & B) Fern was too "real" whereas the fake Barbie doll who replaced her as co presenter &" best friend " was only ever out to showcase herself... She used Philips initial popularity to gain more work, improve her profile & get noticed. Now she thinks she no longer needs him she's playing the victim and trying to oust him.
I'd love to see them both gone tbh & Lovely Fern back, she'd get on with Dermot 👍👍👍

Fern Britton is a legend - love her to bits - a shining example of what a truly nice person is - unlike some i wont need to mention - I never watched the show from the minute she left

I've never been a regular viewer but watch occasionally for not very long.
I used to quite like it when Fern was there and thought she was better than the Phil and Holly duo, they make it unbearable and like many have said holly is as bad as Phil.

Fern was geniune no fake laughs. These two dont do the stupid put on laughs anymore. She cringes at everything hides behind pillars he laughs his head off. Stop watching years ago. I used to love watching it. Find someone New.
Used to think Eamonn Holmes was sound until his attack on the framed Donald Trump the other day; seems like he is one that will put the boot in if he thinks that someone is down.

@@missmuffet3874 False allegations were made against him, all charges against him were dropped. The judge presiding over the case said he could return to his job "without a stain on his character. It's funny have ITV droped him like a sack of spuds though, not the case with Schofield, it has taken this long and much pressure and it was he himself who apparently agreed to leave, he wasn't sacked like Leslie was.
Wipe the slate clean, get rid of her as well and have liza tarbuck and Ryland and no need to come out on tv either

I loved fern Britten and John lessly Eamon and Ruth, all very professionals this was a time when this program was worth watching I haven't watched it in years nothing to do with the latest issues, just got bored with these two giggles
