Love the third tip especially as I'm in a really flat are and struggle to prepare for hill running. Thanks!
Wow! i just got a bike and started to use it as this video came out! Thanks
I run to improve my cycling, which improves my running,
Thanks great content. How would you replace a 1h endurance running 70% of max HR on the bike?
Thank you Coach for these tips! The fRanK will try to be more consistent!
Eric: As always I love the vlog. At 52 I am running better than ever thanks to your coaching advice. One question what is up with the straps on your helmet they look long enough to wrap a water Mellon, just busting you a little I think you can take it. Thank again.
Ha! I have such a pin head that is just excessive chin strap webbing. I guessi could cut it, but this gives me lots of flexibility to fit over thick winter caps when temps turn cold...and I am a dork!
I like the hill and strength tips best
Thanks for watching
I just did my first bike ride . And dam it is a leg burner
Do the heart rate zones we get from the tests in your book translate directly to biking or would we need to do some testing on a bike to get different zones for biking?
I would do the same test on the bike and use the same chart. But typically run HR zones are a little higher than biking.
Cycling will help running Or not?
If you want to get better at running, run.
High force + high cadence = pro cyclist...
