nice work, I've struggled with learning 3D modeling in Aspire, and your videos are the only ones that made things click for me, well done sir ! Go Habs :)
Wow, this is a great video explaining how to do 3d model, ive been worried about wot to do but now feel bit more confident at testing my arm and doing one thanks
Omg I'm so glad I just found this. Like others I've been struggling with some parts of aspire and this just made so much sense to me. So grateful will definitely be checking out your other videos. Thank you very much
By the finger and the hat. Could you have cut the vector at the fingers, then offset by .001 and than rejoin the vector with the body and continue with the hat?
No Bezier Pen tool? _Geez,_ what a lot of work! Also, you should really have sped up that part of the process, anyway; most people know how to click with their mouse.
Hi, Could you do this on an ipad with a Apple pencil. Just trace the image? Not sure if there is an app for that. I am trying to find the most simpliest solution for an old fart like me
I don't think they have a native app for iPad that I am aware of. However you could use a remote desktop app I would think to control your computer from your iPad.
Every ti a friend of mine ask to teach them how to use soft soft I share them the link to tNice tutorials YT video tNice tutorials helped so it will help
absolute no idea what you are doing at certain points. we click here and then go to... its not really a learning video but more a sample of what you do...
I disagree, I found it very informative, but then again, I have some knowledge of Aspire, do you ? I suggest you learn the program then view this video.

A little slower and zooming in on where and what you're clicking on would help a lot.
I second the Bob Ross comment. That was the best tutorial I have watched. Thanks so much!

hello, thanks a lot for the video, is there a way to import SVG files or any vector file?
hi. why dont you just get the grey scale of the image and create a 3d model from it?
Can you make a tutorial on potratrits models please!

I`m new to Aspire. How do you remove the background of the image so there isnt even a white background?
is this method of creating a 3d image file from a bitmap image only be done in aspire or can it be done with vcarve pro
Brian, this method will only work with Aspire. You can import 3D models in V carve, but only create them in Aspire.

Can't you just import a vector and use those shapes?
You could do that if you had the vector that you wanted. This method is if you want to create a vector from a normal image.
@@DurandsDesigns good to know that, thanks!
