    Great job Georgia. Timing is everything they say. I struggle with it myself. I just can't get used to the different seasons as compared to my eastern Canadian home, that I grew up in. Getting there though. Here's to a great new season.

    A good crop to do is growing "cut celery" instead of the normal celery. The cut one you grow like parsley, so it keeps producing new stems for months and months, you can even overwinter it! And the taste is much better I find. You don't get the very big stems, but the tast makes up for it. I plant it in shade (like I do my parsley) and it thrives there. And just like parsley, it likes moist soil but not the heat.

      Funny you should say that! I have just sown some Celery seeds last week!!! Hopefully I can do this cutting process with them 😁😁 thank you for the tips!!!!

      @@georgiadegroen it depends on with kind you have sown. Cutting celery is not the same as the kind that makes a bunch (I think). The cutting one throws up new stems from the ground up (like parsley does) but you can always try it.
