I've always wondered. What's the difference between gymnastic and calisthenics? I've been told that Cali is a more toned down version of gymnastics. Could you please clarify?
@@KrazyFalcon first calisthenic focus way more on some element like freestyle you dont see gymnast doing 360 muscle up and gymnast focus on so many other thing that most cali athlete dont work on like the flow of movement ,the floor routine the horse... and ring. You don see alot of ring work in cali com.on the other hand becuz they have so many thing to focus so the static on bar are not as good as cali athlete. As you can see lasora take 5 years to go to the top athlete in cali .also cali athlete also focus more on power. You dont see gymnast do explosive move cus they think that not beauty and the smooth control movement have better flow. If you want to achive some staticmove and you are not a kid any more you dont do a full gymnast program which consist of too many thing. But yeah gymnast is one of the most difficult sport/art because it have so much think to learn. Good luck
@@khomu604 Getting a skill? lol way to boil down a whole sport with clubs all over the world, governing bodies, agencies, Olympics, and etc. There's more too it than "getting a skill". I think calisthenics is more a fun hobby to get a skill and gymnastics is a real sport.

I have no idea the amount of people inspired by him, like me. But I watch at least one of his videos every single day, and every single day I feel more motivated to stay strong, and keep moving. @@TigreAP crack yo empeze con los trucos en el suelo ya q son más fáciles q los de barra yo te recomendaría empezar parandote de manos en la pared y empezando hacer facciones así hasta q tengas la fuerza suficiente y equilibrio para hacerlo sin la pared y después ya puedes empezar con las barras hacer trucos básicos
@@TigreAP hola bro, handstand es mi especialidad, actualmente luego de 5 meses lo aguanto 1min 20, te recomiendo empezar en pared con la espalda a la pared, concentrandote mucho en la linea recta apretando gluteos, empujando hacia el suelo con las manos y metiendo el abdomen bajo. Luego cuando agarras comodidad date la vuelta y hazlo con el pecho hacia la pared para agarra la sensacion de estar más suelto, por ultimo busca fortalecer tus hombros con handstand pushups and pared, maltese y lean planche hold en suelo y pike pushups, asi tus hombros podran aguantar tu cuerpo con mayor facilidad. Y mi mayor consejo, entrena mucha flexibilidad de piernas y hombros, siendo flexible podras conseguir una mejor linea y variaciones como straddle, diamante o escorpion seran más faciles y se veran mejor. Suerte bro, me cuentas como progresas, espero que te sirva
@@TigreAP ya cuando tengas hombros fuertes y mejor flexibilidad puedes empezar a entrenar en suelo abierto, aprende a caer te recomiendo, para evitar golpearte, la tecnica para caer consta en girar la mano en la direccion que tu cuerpo esta cayendo para buscar caer de pie de nuevo. Y muy importante recuerda usar los dedos para balancearte, cuando vayas a caerte de espalda apreta con los dedos y cuando vayas a sentir q te devuelves apoyate más en la palma de las manos. Por ultimo te recomiendo videos de Gabo Saturno y Tom Merrick, tienen muy buenas explicaciones sobre la linea recta en handstand, posicion de manos, progresiones desde basico a más avanzado y muy buenas rutinas de flexibilidad que yo hago. Mucha suerte bro💪🏻💪🏻

Je suis enfin content et réconcilié avec le sport... mais je regrette de ne pas les avoir découverts plus tôt. El podría ser parecido con poco esfuerzo ser así además lo descalificarian de competencias por el uso de esteroides así que no me parece que use esteroides. solamente que él es el mejor Boom

Krazy Falcon gymnasts focus on getting skill moves in a code of points rather than a freestyle. Its really simular
