Yo guys, here is my transformation video. Here you can see my body progress from 2013 to 2018 using advanced calisthenics bodyweight exercises. Hopefully it can be a motivation for you. It was (and still is) an hard journey, but was definitely worth it, it gave a new meaning to my whole life and now I'm healthier and happier than ever. If I reached this goal, you can do it too. P.S. I'm not a bodybuilder, my main objective is to have a healthy, strong and good looking body, trying to be the best version of myself and to improve every single day my skills, endurance and overall bodyweight strength and body shape. And yes, I do know I need to work out my legs more, but trust me, I'm working on them. Also a new video will be uploaded next week on monday.

Ho cominciato ad allenarmi solo bodyweight e ho notato in poco tempo la differenza in risultati: più forte e più muscle growth.Poi una cosa tira l' altra e ho scoperto calistenichs. Avendo TH-cam in lingua inglese dato che vivo in un paese anglosassone ho sempre visto caslistenichs videos di americani. Non sapevo che questa disciplina e praticata anche in Italia. E soprattutto quanto gli Italiani siano "cazzuti" nella disciplina. Sei un campione e un ispirazione

I ve watched this so many times and i still watch it, so inspirational, so motivational, i have no word, how... My best is tuck planche and advance seems so hard, but u learned the full planche while i learned tuck.... U are a legend. Who tried to do these skill, they know the struggle....

Non ho mai praticato il Calisthenics ad alti livelli ma ho sempre fatto attività fisica, sono un biker, e ogni hanno dedico qualche mese all'aspetto condizionale, e so per certo che per avere un incremento di questo tipo delle masse muscolari ti devi imbottire di integratori a bestia.... non ne andrei così fiero!
