  • Lifting the corners of the mouth can be challenging. In this video, we target the problem by using some filler in the cheek, chin and marionette region to lift the corners of the mouth.

Having had CONSERVATIVE filler for 15+ years (I am 60) I really understand the importance of what you mention as foundation filler. You can't go to a dermatologist and ask to have one issue corrected and have it look natural because you need the base to look believable. Hence, we saw many people getting lip fillers and you could tell from one look that it didn't look right. This is a beautiful enhancement of a downturned mouth because the cheeks and chin were addressed. Well done!

What kind of filler do you get because I do know filler can move and I've heard certain kinds (maybe the kinds with hyuloronic acid?) help prevent it from migrating add forming that "puff face" that happens when ppl keep getting more nor realizing that the body isn't absorbing it but in reality it's moving. Wow, that was a mouthful, but you probably know what I am speaking about.

@@TheKatarinaGiselle To get a natural result over years you have to build a relationship with a dermatologist. You must be clear about what you hope to achieve and they will use any number of fillers to achieve natural effects. Also be prepared to spend a certain amount of money every year. It is not a one time thing because we keep aging. We want to age beautifully, don't we?
When we here about puffing and such, it's because people are looking for quick fixes. Speak to a qualified doctor. Fillers for the long term and they are not cheap.

@@user-zp8sk2rc4m I'm not agaisnt talk therapies but since they cannot be evaluated by the golden standard approach I think they should be personal options on the table as spiritual or religious or any other lifestyle choice rather than being paid with public funds and called "therapies " with no quality evidence regarding their safety nor efficacy.
Of course antidepressants are life saving drugs but sometimes are prescribed off label to treat people who are yes in distress but that can benefit from other approaches who have less bothersome side effects. Botox is effective for chronic headaches and facial asymmetries and nerve-muscular damages but it's very difficult to have it prescribed through public healthcare or insurance, instead they will give you meds that more often offer a short lived placebo effect.
Also Amitriptyline is often prescribed for chronic headaches in spite of its high occurrence of side effects when a a shorter therapy with benzodiazepines and botox injections might provide more solid and long lasting benefits with fewer side effects. Every patient is different and healthcare systems should learn to listen to each patient more rather than reading statistics alone.

I don’t know I just think those comments really sad I mean she decided to do this to make herself feel better by then for people to go well and she just had a little bit of this a little bit of that she would look so much better. I just doesn’t sound very nice. Why is this country hate people aging so much it’s literally natural and I understand getting stuff done if you want to but then to sit there and go oh well if this person just had this or not they look so much better and I just think that’s wrong to say that about other people

@@Dolcevita_bakes Maybe you're making it sad because you don't mind aging prematurely or "naturally." Some people love delaying the inevitable and appreciate corrective criticism or suggestion that could contribute to enhancing their beauty. Skin, hair and lips thin as we age. (President Biden could use filler on his upper lip. His is nonexistent now). Like it or not, our society reward$ youth and beauty. We're not caveman anymore.

@@Dolcevita_bakesRelax! If someone goes to get fillers they obviously are open minded about the fact that you can obviously "perfectioniz" a lot of things that are not considered conventionally attractive. That's literally why you'd seek out such a treatment.
I myself am about to get lip fillers and I am glad to have seen this video because I might not want to go for as much fillers into my lips as initially I thought but rather "treat" the appearance of the corners pointing down

Beautiful results on a gorgeous lady! I wonder, would there be any benefit to botox in the muscle that pulls corners down?

I was always told fillers do not work for that that exactly. Good to see that it does. But holy cow all the stabbing of the needle just is too much for me, That would be painful

There is another Dermatologist (on TH-cam)that is treating a woman who has an infection in half her face from the eye area down to the bottom of her chin....after having fillers. Women should just get good skincare , subtle makeup and smile. No fillers!

Nurse Injector here. I'm interested to know why you didn't start with toxin in the DAOs to prevent more mechanical stress on the filler? I'd love to better understand that approach. Great video.

Sorry, but smiling doesn't counteract or combat this age-related problem. Unfortunately!
