S.W.A.T Training - Peripheral Heart Circuit Training

GASP teams up with Butch Steinle, Jeremy Hart and the Lewisville S.W.A.T team for a typical "Peripheral heart training" circuit workout the focuses on strength and endurance. DESTINATION hosts this workout utilizing barbells, strongman stones, racks, sleds and prowlers totally taxing the whole body and every energy system available.

Full "Peripheral Heart Training" SWAT Circuit Workout:
Time at each station: 30 seconds
AMRAP with each exercise (as many reps as possible)
Exercises:
Bench Press
Deadlift
Rack Press (Shoulder press off the rack)
Sled Push
Backward Sled Pull
Stone Carry - กีฬา
