Cheap methods includes Wind accessory, fatal rings and Wind(Agi) crafted equipment.
Costly methods includes Critical hidden potentials on weapons or rings, Critical 3rd stat heraldry.

Hi there, glad that someone actually liked the video. Regarding your request, I had included a reference guide in the video description. As DN SEA actually had release level 60 cap already, so my current build actually somewhat different from the past, and it's not complete yet, therefore I can't share with you guys yet. In the mean time check out the guide I provided.
In this video, I was wearing 5pc of apoc eq, +10 both teramai flail and shield.

That depends on whether you are going for tanker build or not.
It's up to your playing style really. But I tend to choose flail due to it's higher critical bonus compared to mace. Although the attacking motion for flail is very hard to control but with Sacred Hammering it can be neglected since the attacking sequence is overridden.

Yeah you should balance out both str and int.
