Replaced the motherboard
Logic board swap. Atleast it is a guide for disassembly and reassembly. Thanks

hey, have you been able to solve the problem ? i have the same model with the same issue .
Mine reboots over and over and ignores the power button presses. I was hoping maybe it's just a short in the keyboard
I was lucky, it was simply an issue with the keyboard connection. Unfortunately I learnt the hard way about opening a surface, my touchscreen is not working now because of those 4 black plastic MF cables at the top left side of the laptop which are now damaged 🤦🏻

@wtcProductions1 Yes, brother, but very expensive they changed the board. Now it has another issue after 3 months, now its blinking like this video. I think we should go with hp, dell , lenovo etc laptops.

The solution was to swap the logic board?
Right? I didn't see a removable hard drive, but even so, could have at least tried to reimage the machine with a clean install.
@@aceitalia83 I've tried that and cannot get it to boot from any external media, at all.
A hard drive issue wouldn't have given that particular problem, that's clearly on the logic board
So this is how to repair? Just switching the motherboard? Everyone can do that. Tecnicians find where is the problem on boards and change components, not the whole board.
