@@l2computer310 an the CPUs that you provide are really new? we will see a reballed or used CPUs under microscope. And SoCs that you provide doesn't have activated boot guard?
My SP7 has some really weird power button issue, at first it was dead it wouldn't power on at all even when trying to reset it, then i opened the device and lifted the screen and removed and reinstalled battery power cable then it immediately booted up! but then when I normally shut down the device and try to power it on again (using the power button) it won't, every time i want to turn it on i have to remove the battery power cable and reinstall it, so i thought that the power button was damaged but a technician said that the power board is working fine as he tried it on another device. Have you come across anything like that? as this small issue is killing the functionality of the device.
Cant figure out a board issue. I have no power as soon as the power plug is removed. This appears to be a hardware issue and i cannot figure out power rails. I have already replaced the battery and surface connect port. Any ideas?
I did watch video and at the time that you mentioned Bootup current. I do not see your leads touching anything, and that's why I'm asking. Man why are most computer repair people such dicks
Exactly what j said. I asked him how he measured stand by current, he responded with "watch the video ", dumbass response. I did watch video and he does not show how he measured standby current.
Nice!!! Is boardview and schematics available on the Internet? Where do you buy CPUs because its a big problem to get good CPUs?
Hi, the boardview and schematics we have no way of providing sources for. You can contact us to order CPU

Please measure the voltage of the power button, and measure the voltage when the power button is held down

Has the computer detected the battery?
How you measure stand by current? Where are the multi meters leads touching?
Watch video

It would be nice if you explain what you're doing.

First determine where the problem is, is the motherboard problem? Bad camera? Or is it caused by the system。
