Hello from Harrisburg, PA
I have learnt sew much from your videos. I live in Australia and wouldn’t have the opportunity to see any of these techniques.
Hello from Florida
Thank you for this terrific session! I finally understand how edge to edge quilting designs work. Great explanation and demonstration!
I ALMOST made it to the live show!
Great tutorial. Thank you! But the audio echos and sounds like you are talking through flannel.
I agree with @micheleh The audio sounds like you’re in a tunnel, also the video is out of focus when looking at the design on the green mat. Hope you don’t mind the feedback for future videos.
When will you be at Chestnut Ridge in Ohio??
This is too funny. I just went out and bought the book Edge-to-Edge Quilting ... before the show.
Was not able to do the live :(
When you get to the right edge of the quilt do you flip the quilt 180 and go left to right again? And do you have to flip the design as well? Thanks for this video...very informative...
once all rows have been completed from center to right, you flip the quilt 180 and repeat the process. Barbara =)
@@allbrands1976 do you have to flip the design as well?
Western Pennsylvania
Do you have a golf pack

Can these designs be used on the XP3?
Yes that is one of the best machines for edge to edge because they actually made "Jumbo" designs for very large hoops. Barbara
does a 4 X 4 hoop machine counts as any in other words can I do this on a 4 X 4 hoop machine thank you
In general you want to start with a 6X10 or larger. However, if you are able to find a design either from another creator it is possible! You'll just have to find a design that size. Keep it mind the smaller the size, the more hoopings you will have to do.
thank you I found clear blue tiles and they use a 4 X 4 machine I have so many quilts that needs to be quilted and I have no place where I live to send it don't want to mail it and maybe lose it all I can do is straight line quilting thank you one day I will buy a machine with a bigger hoop my machine is new and I bought it at walmart didi not know about different size hoop for different machines now I know lol Thank You @@allbrands1976
