I remember when i ordered my lynx and a week later the sherman L was released. i was quite certain my future contained a sherman L. a few months later and i have a sherman L on order. i have met a lot of people that ride both the sherman L and the Lynx. Lynx for track and trails, and sherman L for long rides. i 100% agree with you on every point. leaperkim could benefit greatly by giving much much higher voltage, not just matching the voltage of other wheels, but surpassing the competition. everyone wants high voltage for performance. and more power from the motor just makes sense as well. i have a feeling the wait will not be long before we have a lot more higher power and higher voltage choices.
Hey Zen, Nice to see you back in the States. Good luck in your upcoming race. Both of my EUCs are in the shop, so I've been enjoying my esk8s and having a blast. Awesome gear you've got there! Love the ingenuity in setting up your protection. We'll be Botswana, Southern Africa, for 4 months. It's too bad I can't bring the Lynx to tear up some of the nice off-road trails there. Stay safe bro.
@ZenLee Nothing official with any weight in Gaborone, Botswana (where my wife is from). I've often thought of starting a PEV business there, but I would need to consider affordability and my target market. All PEVs would be imported from Europe, China, Australia, or South Africa (where they would already have been imported) so they'd be expensive. Any ideas on an inexpensive off-road model that is readily available?
There’s always a trade off. What ever speed you may lose to a 168v wheel like the GT Pro is made up on the turns if you’re racing a smaller and lighter wheel.
There a reason why your front powerknobz are on opposite sides, with the slightly curved part for your foot towards the sky? Mine are opposite which puts that reflective part forwards and wraps around to the top side.
It would be a start to stop acting like fucking children and just start doing fair business so everybody gets a fair cut. But that would be asking too much. American sentiment is the rest of the world is the enemy....

Me too I got the lynx on march 24’ and now I got the L 🏂

You too Morgan. Are there any EUCs in SA?

I wish you the best of luck and look forward to the video of the race. May the best man (Zen Lee) win.😉
Good luck Zen! Looking forward to the race coverage!
$3000 in payouts?!!!!
This race will be intense.
I may start 3D printing collar bones and knee caps to sell at the race.
Good luck, Zen!
Good luck zen lee!
Good luck man!
Agreed! I have a Lynx and might add a Sherman L
Very curious to see the race, show the Spanish style over there , will be great. Can’t wait to see it.
Where did you buy the lowering pedal kit ?
Ehweels

I've tried both ways, I've reverted back to the normal way, but both ways feels really good in different ways.
Zen do you recommend getting the pedal lowering kit for the L - does it make a big difference
I like it for a bit more stability at high speeds, I do scrape pedals more now, and off-roading not as good
Good luck with your race! I was wondering how do you transfer your wheels between different places , especially in Europe ?
It's not easy, basically buy and sell before you leave. Haven't found easy way to ship.
New skills acquired from Spain , the competition doesn’t stand a chance 🏆
we shall see!
Hmm, maybe you'd want to try the Cohedron power knobs since you use grizzla shin pads.
tried them after reading this comment, didn't prefer them
get a 40mm forward backplate from hou ningning. he made 3 pairs for my lynxes, which weigh 91 pounds after removing parts and adding pedals like u.
Very very nice 👌🏽. What helmet are you wearing...Do you have a link for it❓️
The ILM Helmet, lots of different sytles! amzn.to/48UWeA7
Nobody is talking about tariffs, EU sanctions on China or what we do if they invade Taiwan

Zen - please send me the link for your extra protective gear... Thanks
I'm not sure which gear your referring to Greg, so many different pieces
@@ZenLee the one you discussed at the beginning of this video
@@GregSmith803 oh man I don't know G
GT Pro is going to the pick I suspect
Or X Way if the firmware is turned for racing, should be a winner
I thought so at first, then realized they have added chicans to slow down the racers
@@ZenLeethe L with that pedal drop is a solid choice then. They nailed the weight distribution, nimble yet so explosive for a 90lb wheel
@@TimTimEUC pedal drop is the way to lose a race. If anything, you raise them in a race
@@RogueTravel I get it, still fairly high height on the L with the drop, and accelerates quicker. But yeah lots of scraping
22inch L would be my dream wheel.
You sound so much like archer 😂
