Honestly take like the month of effort it takes to read music. Start with children's tunes. Its the exact same as tab but it works for every instrument.

@@beterbeter2584honestly it’s the key signatures and memorizing the notes on the fretboard. Mostly the fretboard part though. It’s easier to just read a number 1-24 than to remember note names n shit.

What an amazing song and great arrangement. Even with the midi vocals and no lyrics I'm almost moved to tears. The only thing I might change is the last beat of bar 24; the Ab note sounds natural to me in the original as part of a III major (F major chord), that kind of dissonance from the original stuck out for me.

The other option is C# major which has more sharps than this does flats.

If you transpose it down a half step to C, you'll have no flats or sharps. Might be worth it!

I know plenty of pieces written in Db major. It can be a difficult key signature but it's not uncommon at all.
