Have to admit I'm the 1st that can't stand being stuck behind tractors and lorrys, love driving and hate being slowed down... and yet I'm doing my hgv license. That woman really did make it look hard to reverse into an easy space.
All she had to do was go straight back didn't need to turn at all, but then if she waited with everybody else then wouldn't have got in that bother, you learn to put up with being slower when driving something bigger, good luck
Hi John O how are you doing ? Another excellent video. You & the people on the scaffolding must have been in kinks of laughter watching that woman trying to reverse as I would have been crying 😂 if I witnessed it for real & YES i can reverse my Powerchair far better than she can reverse a car. 😂🤣🤪😜🤡
Great video as alway good sir. Got to love North Allington in Bridport, which now has been resurfaced no longer backs my spine in the car on the way to work. Don't forget to stop at the library in the phonebox by the collection of the first to drops.
Im not at the practical stage yet but could you do a video of the hiw to strap loads please.... theres certsin parts im unsure of. Cant wait to pass amd learn from experienced drivers. Keep it up fella. Do like your videos.
As I've always said if you're unsure just ask you generally find most people are helpful I am planning on doing a video when I have time with a particular kind of load preferably on a flatbed
Hi John-o, that narrow lane was giving me deja'vu 😳 Westonzoyland to Curload near Stoke St Gregory near Taunton, tight lane, parked cars and 3 other tippers on turn around, and that was just our company, there was another lot going to a road closure nearby that needed part of our route too. A dustcart with 2 banksmen on board who refused to go back for me had a taste of Karma's revenge as did a transit van who came out from behind one of my mate's tippers so a lesson on how not to upset me had to be taught😂😂😂😂 the transit driver couldn't reverse a shopping trolley🤣 have a fun week out and about
Another excellent video John o!! Why oh why can’t people reverse! Think the red rigid they were unloading at the first drop was from my neck of the woods, Hastings! Oh and you can keep talking about cars as long as you like, fellow petrol head here! Keep up the good work and keep safe! 🙂🚛👍
@paulelkins1470 tradesmen and dustcart drivers are just so impatient 🙄 I found a gap just big enough the dustcart could get in out of my way but not pass the queue that had built up behind me 😂😂😂
hi jonho, if that woman had done at first and gone to her offside, she would not have hit the wall. But hey ho, lady drivers!! Locals are hard work. Safe trucking.
On the topic of can't reverse. People on my block can't reverse straight out of their own driveways WITHOUT going on to the other person's drive and kissing their front end. One particular driver gave my dad's new car a good smack on the front. Thou that driver had to pay my dad a fortune.
@@TruckerJohno I had a mixture of reactions well first absolutely fuming then laughter even the police couldn’t make his mind up well of course knowing who’s at fault.
It is bit surprising how people struggle to pass you when they have like 1m on each side, and i just drive a rigid that is 9.1m so no way near as big as your rig.
@@TruckerJohno i am 2.60 being a cooler box, but yeah i guess many people are not used to reversing or meeting bigger rigs. Imagine with the new trucks here in Sweden, being 34.5m long :)
Trucks that big just wouldn't work here unless they are just restricted to depos just off of the motorway network, imagine me taking a rig like that to a farm 🤣
@@TruckerJohno Now that would be a challenge for sure, but yeah they are limited to the big roads mostly so can't just go anywhere, but our fairly common size here is 24m or 25.5 so still fairly big.
A Day of back and forth is always a fun day! Great Video as always!
Indeed it is
Hi John thank you for shoutout 😊
Your welcome
As always a fun day out with John-O
Thanks for watching 👌

@@TruckerJohno she probably doesn’t even have a driver’s license but I’m glad the scaffolding people found it entertaining though Pal. 😂🤣🤪😜🤡

No surprise there with a transit driver 🤣
Hi John o as you get older the memory starts to fade so you'll have to start writing stuff so you can remember ha ha stay safe Dave 😜
Think I need to do this now 🤣
Hi johno great video yet again 😊😊
Thanks robert
You’ve got to love a woman that cannot reverse😂👍
School run mum comes to mind 🤣

Me too! @@TruckerJohno
Good vlog very enjoyable to watch lol 😜
Thanks for watching 👌👍
Another good video, mate. I had a woman driver just like that trying to reverse
It's no wonder some people's cars are in a right state
As a lady trucker I have had some silent laughs at a few guys who can't reverse either😂 last Wednesday was a good one😂😂
There is always 1 letting the side down 🤣
@@elizabethmaybrown6715 i find it is more like the young people as well

No such thing as boring people with car talk. lol 😅 petrol heads for life.

I really that one what was lady doing in that Vw
Not sure but it definitely wasn't driving

Yeah some people spatial awareness isn't great and I am 16.5 m long but should be the same width 2.55 m

I would love to have a drive of them
The bigger the car,the smaller the brain 🙄
So I have a tiny car, does that mean I got a big brain 🤔
@@TruckerJohno Well Johno,to get your rig through those tight towns and country lanes,I reckon it's an XXL at least 👍
