    read through the Jovanovic and Flannagan study and couldn't find the 18% +- on any given day what a percent based program is based off of. Are you looking at the graph of figure 9 and basing your numbers off of that? would love to find that concept explained in their article.

    Thanks Wil! I would suggest turning down the background music. I found it distracting and it made it hard to hear what you were saying

      Noted! I no longer work with that editor (I'm terrible at editing...) so hopefully newer videos are better. Have you checked them out?
