- 'Big trouble': Royal experts react to Prince Harry and Meghan Netflix row | Palace Confidential. No sooner had Buckingham Palace released a portrait of King Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton and Queen Consort Camilla - what’s been dubbed as the ‘new Fab Four’ - than a rival portrait from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle emerged from California. Harry and Meghan released an image of the two of them from an event they attended in the UK just before the Queen's death. The timing, says the Daily Mail’s Royal Editor Rebecca English was ‘puzzling’. The Daily Mail’s consultant editor Andrew Pierce believes it was down to a bad case of ‘me, me, me!’ with the couple not wanting the public to forget them: ‘I actually thought the timing was pitiful.’

It finally Thought about the one actually holds the purse strings now is Prince William of Wales; like King Charles did when he was Prince of Wales. Cornwall is where money comes from William now owns it. When these idiots H&M are completely broke; I don't think the New Prince of Wales will support their life style. At the time of Harry and Meghan's wedding there was a lot of media coverage that she was the first POC to marry into the RF, she was the 4th, the latest was in 2004 when Lady Davina married a gentleman from New Zealand, Gary Lewis, and they have 2 biracial children. As a child she played a lot with William and Harry, she was invited to W's wedding with her husband H did not invite her to his. I think that it is a great shame that they were overshadowed by MM, especially when they were often guests of HMTQ.

As an American Royal-watcher, I initially was quite disdainful of Camilla, but I've changed my mind in light of her current position.
I see her as a stabilizing force for King Charles' sometimes fanciful aspirations. He's a bit pie-in-the-sky in my view & Camilla seems to be the perfect grounding force for that.
As to the Netflix thing...The Harkles have been effectively cancelled by the worldwide love-bombing for Queen Elizabeth II. They never saw that coming.
I just found out that the story she told on her latest podcast (about "Asian Archetypes", as she calls them) was totally plagiarized. She talked about how her mother took her to a Korean spa when she was a teenager to make her feel better about her body. This story was lifted VERBATIM from an episode of a NETFLIX cartoon series called Big Mouth. So how will Netflix feel about this? Aren't they already in a pretty precarious position with them? Stealing from them to make money on another platform?

Thank you for another great show. This is my all-time favorite panel, Richard Eden is a gem, Rebecca English is wonderful, and Andrew Pierce is delightful. They're all professional and in the know but yet are fun to watch and listen to. I'd love Richard and Andrew to be my neighbours.

I was blessed to see and meet Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in Tampa, Florida in 1992. The woman exemplified decorum and respect to all she met. My heart is heavy at the inappropriate and unacceptable behavior by Harry's wife and the poor sheep husband being led to slaughter. The disgrace they have brought on Americans reputations is despicable - Millions around the world will never forget the Queen and feel the extreme loss for the United Kingdom. Prayers and we in America hope King Charles III strips funds and especially royal titles from the two blasphemous individuals we DO NOT want in the USA.

I am a U.S. citizen who respects the British royal monarchy. It would be detrimental to bestow titles on children who will not be raised in the common wealth and with know knowledge or loyalty to the British crown. For the sake of the country the King should not give the titles and should remove the Duke and Duches titles. Children grow up and will at least be an embarrassment or an actual enemy to the crown.

Lovely panel this time. Like listening to Angela Levin too...she has such a calm voice . That photo of Queen Camilla and Meghan @15:03 tells us everything. Even as a layperson I can see the body language , both slightly turned away from each other. You can tell Queen Camilla is barely tolerating the wannabe behind her. Very different to photos of Catherine,Princess of Wales & Queen Camilla , where you can see genuine affection.

Check out photos of Wallis Simpson’s outfits. MM is wearing very similar styles. The red one is very much like one WS wore.
Same with the white Jubilee outfit! MM's white dress is almost IDENTICAL to Wallace Simpson's, except MM's collar is wider. The "copy" is QUITE noticeable because that is a very unusual dress. She's playing mind-games. Very weird.

I do think the timing of the Sussex's photo releases is an ego competition with the RF, but it dawned on me, that it could be more than that. It appears they are trying to attach themselves to the RF by timing their releases right after the Palace does. This way they are hoping the public connects them to the RF. Palace announcements, H &M announcements, Photo releases, and H & M releases, even though it's separate, they are aiming that subliminally the public will constantly connect them to the RF. If their releases were at distinctly different times, it would then just be Harry & Meghan - no reminder of Royalty, hence no subliminal connection of the RF from the public.

Camilla is a rock star. King Charles was forced into marriage with Diana and they were a very poor match. Given that 60% of marriages fail, we need to ask ourselves why Camilla faced so much hatred. The King is truly happy with Camilla and she has withstood the test of time -- when many of us would have not.
Diana is the one who caused so much of the hatred of Camilla by calling her names and by telling so many untruths about her. Diana was so full of hatred for Charles that she became unhinged.
I once had a discussion with two women about KC. I did not defend him turning his back on Diana. But I was sympathetic to his situation. He stood by the same woman he loved for most of his life. As important as he was, he did not even have the right we took so much for grant to choose our own mate. His situation was just tragic. Obviously, my companion were speechless.

She would have been more credible and liked more if she had completely backed away from Charle's marriage. Charles and Camilla used to play jokes on Diana and tease her. I agree that the term consort should be lost now that Duchess Camilla is Queen Camilla. I recall her saying even she did not remember a life when Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, was not our Monarch. I really identified with her. I realized she was my older late brother age so, it said a lot to me. She deserves respect. After all, even if Princess Diana were still living, HM King Charles would be married to Queen Camilla and Princess Diana would be married to someone else. That’s just a fact. Their lives would have moved on.

@@wendieking4184 Yes, it was a civil ceremony b/c Camilla's ex is still living, and the Queen didn't attend the ceremony. It may have made a bit of difference that the Parker-Bowleses were wed in a Roman Catholic/non-Anglican ceremony. If Diana were still alive (married elsewhere or not), I doubt Charles could have remarried. When he's crowned, he'll be the head of the Anglican Church. That makes a huuuge difference.
@@LynxSouth Charles and Camilla also had a church ceremony that was a blessing of their union. Charles would have been allowed to remarry. Henry VIII married and divorced twice. He started the Church of England so he could divorce there really isn’t much difference between Church of England and Catholicism. Camilla converted to Church of England to marry Charles.

H and M felt totally okay ripping the Royal Family, but now under the spotlight and not having made a great impression during the time of mourning for Queen Elizabeth, they are having grave second thoughts. Netflix stuff, Harry's memoirs, should be published as originally recorded, to show these two in their true colours. Their credibility has been brought into question, big-time, and I don't believe their output will cause that much damage, will carry much weight. They are taken with large doses of salt. I would like to see them exposed.

I'm very happy for Charles and Camilla. Everyone deserves happiness and they have finally got it. Hopefully Charles's marriage to Diana will be the last arranged marriage for the royal family.
Diana called herself "a lamb to the slaughter" but I think of her as a pig to the food trough. She gained much more from the marriage than he did!
As for neighbors this is a great crew. I'll take Jo and Richard Eden on either side and Rebecca English and Andrew Pierce across the street.

Re pulling back on Netflix: I think the Sussexes , Harry especially, felt protected by his Grandmother. Now that she is gone, he may have to navigate his father’s, King Charles, wrath and if I were he….I would be very afraid.
Not only KC, but QC and PW also. Princess Anne would be a no nonsense backup. They are realizing they bit off a lot more than they could chew.
I think the Duchess of Netflix should lose her title😂 Seriously, Archie and Lilibet shouldn’t get titles while they live in a nursery in the United States. The matter can be addressed if Harry returns to the Senior Royal Family fold.

I have not heard Katie Nicholls apologize for her *MIS-REPORTING of Prince Philip"s funeral.* I believe it was a voice over for Entertainment Tonight and as the funeral was proceeding inside the church, Katie said that the wreath and note on the coffin *were from Meghan Markle.* She then ELABORATED on the specific flowers in the wreath! There were HUNDREDS of down-votes on the You Tube clip. Horrid mistake! I never heard her apologize or make a correction, but if she did, someone please let us know. Thanks. P.S. The Wreath & Note were from HMTQ.

She puts herself in front to try to cement the idea that she's the interesting, attractive and important one, but no one is buying it. The only reason she is on any cover or show is because she married Harry AND she is paying for those covers and appearances.
It was another copy of a Wallace Simpson outfit. There have been some side-by-side images on You Tube. Very very weird! Her white Jubilee outfit was another copy of Wallace Simpson dress. Nut-case.

Anne has the right to wear the uniform. But if she didn't, she would be wearing a dress with high heels, presumably, and would never have been able to do all of that walking behind the coffin. That was a LOT of walking!
