    Downtown Orlando should have some Broadway theaters shows . I honestly believe shows like Hamilton & Lion Kings plus other Broadway show will make excellent revenue in Orlando & also brings more attractions to Downtown. Also I think beside Amyway center sport sportplex I believe Downtown Orlando needs a city center shopping area that is similar to Miami City Center shopping & restaurants. I believe with UCF coming to Downtown & more people moving to Orlando this will be a big upgrade for the city. I do like the new building that you can buy instead of renting. I would just like more high rise to give a bigger/better skyline .

      All great suggestions! Always more arts and culture. We have so much talent in this area with the theme park performers, it's a no brainer

    Im wondering what will happen with the old homes in winter garden.

      I believe there is a huge opportunity for homes near Plant St. Winter garden to get renovated and keep their classic charm, whilst others would make for good tear-downs and build new, similar to what is going on in College Park and Winter Park, but with a more 'country' vibe. Being able to walk to downtown WG and the farmer's market/restaurants will anchor home values there for years to come.

      Now only if banks would lend money to tear down and rebuild that would be amazing. Thanks for the info.

    Downtown Orlando needs a public track & field, pet park AND BASKETBALL Courts near the Magic arena. Ridiculous the main sports team Orlando has is a basketball team AND NOT 1 PUBLIC basketball outdoor court can be found near the arena zero enthusiasm

    • @OrlandoPropertyAdvisor
      @OrlandoPropertyAdvisor  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      the Under I-4 project will bring some of these features in the next 2 years. Agree that the downtown area needs more activity based areas besides lake eola park, like many major cities have

      @@OrlandoPropertyAdvisor FREE outdoor PUBLIC activities is at zero in downtown Orlando. Jog/workout about 2 hours around Lake Eola... that's it. No outdoor workout areas like NY/NJ outdoor parks with track & field, excercise bars or barbecue grilling areas / pets play area... zero outdoor basketball courts... and Orlando has an NBA team! That's the sad part :) terrible.
