Be it known: Through the Holy Spirit, God has put it on me to preach to those lost in the devil's deceit!
Hear me when I say, ye that are Catholic have been deceived and know not God. Ye worship Mary, praying to her; when God tells his to worship none other than him. It is idolatry.
Catholicism has its own Bible and teachings, which are blasphemous to the word of God: the Holy Bible. As ye follow the teachings of man and not God; ye hear the pope, but not Jesus, yet ye claim to be his disciples!
These are but a few things I named ye dwell within; there are many more. I tell you now to repent of your sins, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, and you'll receive the gift of the Holy Spirit upon asking the Father!
There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you!
They who heed this message and did what was stated with an open heart to God...
Read the Holy Bible (KJV) daily and every time before you read, pray to the Father and ask:
"Lord I ask that you give me understanding of your word, that I interpret it the way you want me to, and none of my own. I ask you in Jesus' name, amen."
      Revelation 22:8-9 KJV
8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
      Acts 2:38 KJV
38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
      Luke 11:13 KJV
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
      John 14:21-24 KJV
21 *He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.*
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, *If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.*
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and *the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father's which sent me.*
      3 John 1:11 KJV
11 Beloved, follow not that which is evil, but that which is good. *He that doeth good is of God: but he that doeth evil hath not seen God.*
      1 John 3:6-10 KJV
6 *Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.*
7 Little children, let no man deceive you: *he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.*
8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
9 *Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.*
10 *In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God,* neither he that loveth not his brother.

Thank you for this discussion. I found Father's presentation of his views to be a balanced and very well stated position. Coming from one of his background and ministry serves to reinforce the truthfulness and sincerity of his beliefs. I'm not putting this very well, but as Australians ideas of the desirability of this country becoming a Republic seem similar to those of like minds in Canada, having heard this gives me firmer ground on which to stand for our present status in the Commonweslth.

I remembered my Late Papa... one of the main influences of my Catholic Upbringing talking about Monarchy...
He used to say it could be seen as His preferred form of government in the modern times. Someone higher than a politician to have first encounters with previous ministers and to provide discreet advise for the good of all.
Although God gave warnings about having a Monarchy to old Israel, He still approved it, blessed it and annointed it (Old Testament).
Monarchs may not be perfect, yet they know Who they answer to ☝
And their ceremonies remind us so much of God, God and God....The most powerful men on the land, kneeling before God... Amazing to see a King kneel before God's altar.
It was a beautiful discussion. Papa died of pancreatic cancer after praying the Divine Mercy. I became a monarchist myself too... but overall a better Catholic 😊

I am grateful & appreciative for this uniquely carefull thought out reasoning & intellectual understanding of an authoritative system of office or higher post of office! I only saw the former Prince Charles (now King Charles) as unfit to be King because of his failed responsiblity to his former late wife, Princess Diana, he remindered me of his Uncle, King Henery the VIII all over again except for the beheading part! Fathers words about the correlation between how our President is basically a "king" just voted in was a good point. I am not Canadian do I don’t have an obligation to consider Fr Christino’s “reasons” for being patriotic to the monarchy 🙈. I am, however disappointed in his opinion about more catholics viewing the coronation than a Papal inauguration (I’m not sure if it’s fact but he did say, I think, so assume it’s opinion) I, for one would tune into a Papal inauguration & not the coronation. In fact I am in London atm & didn’t tune in. It’s sad that a priest would voice such an opinion of catholics. Interestingly the bishop granted dispensation from abstinence to meat last Friday because of the coronation, baffled me! He also ordered that 2 verses of the anthem be sung at the end of mass. If 10 people sang, it was a lot, maybe it was different in other churches. Ken, you handled this interview with such dignity & grace. May God always bless and guide you. Thank you for your work.

Do you not know that God has angels over Kingdoms, Presidents, Countries, Towns, Churches, families, individuals? The lack of interest in papal initiations are due to what the papal has not done. Going to Ireland to call the residents to their senses when abortion was being pushed by the leading member of U2, ' Bono' and seeing the Pope gift Bono a house plant thereafter broke my heart. Where is God's will? Angels attend these events, why shouldn't we?

You guys really listen to the media gossip too much… K Charles has stood for many great issues while he was Prince and he will continue to do that. He is not as horrible as the media paints him to be. He is a deep and thoughtful man. Sure he had/has his failings and nobody in the public eye is perfect (in fact none of us is perfect), I don’t approve of things that happened in his personal life but we sort of moved beyond that now, I hope true reparations were made! … having said that I still have a problem with Camilla but a lot of Brits tolerate or accept her for Charles’ sake as he needs her support. Point is he is not “nasty” as you are lead to believe. As for the issues between the Catholics and Protestants, this is still difficult for me to reconcile but as a Catholic Brit I still have respect for our monarchy and find it hard that K Charles has to make a public vow to keep the monarchy Protestant. However I know that both K Charles and the late Queen had a great respectful relationship with the Catholic and Orthodox Church in Britain, unfortunately by law they are not allowed to convert to Catholicism even if they wanted to.

Hi, im a Roman Catholic but I very much love our monarchy. It gives stability to our country. People here in the UK do not struggle at all with Charles. He is very much loved. The Americans make a huge deal about Princess Diana. Far more than we do here in the UK. They are clueless about the role of monarchy. Clueless. I agree about the French Revolution. I have met the King many years ago. I used to work as a groom for his father he has always been a man of faith. No matter what his private life was like.

Father Christino , God has definitely dipped you in the font of his wisdom. I could have listened all the day long.
I am a life long Catholic born into an Anglican country. I am also a patriotic Brit. I shed a bucketful of tears over the weekend!
My schooling was by the Catholic Church. We were taught that The word “Catholic” meant that you all believed in the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The difference ,simply put, was that one set of laws came from the Queen and the Church of England and one from the pope and the Vatican. We were also taught to keep our faith childlike and remember that everything under Gods heaven was created equal. God and only God would have the final word.
I have followed this basic ideal all of my life I am now in my 60’s it has kept me in good stead.

In what Brits call " The Glorious Revolution ", they took James II's crown because he was Catholic & had a son. His daughter& nephew ousted him. His other daughter signed the Act of Succession making a list of requirements for all future monarchs. Among the requirements was Protestantism. A monarch turning Catholic can be deposed by Parliment.
Prince Michael of Kent lost hos place in a line of succession for marrying a Catholic. When Queen Elizabeth annotated the line of succession a few years ago she changed it to first born rather than oldest male and that one could be married to a Catholic and stay in the line of succession, the one could not actually Be a Catholic & retain one's place.
All the stuff we know about Charles -but he can be king, because at least he isn't...shudder......Catholic.
I hope it changes, but as of now a British monarch converting to Catholicism could bede-crowned in favor of the next Protestant in line.
Because of what happened in1688....the line was broken. On the throne is not the correct line. Inside the documentary the covered who would be king had James the second up in illegally disposed, and it turns out it's some guy in Australia

You are out of date with regard to Prince Michael. He is now back in the line of succession because the same legislation which put males and females on the same level with regard to primogeniture also removed the ban on marriage to catholics. The Duchess of Kent has subsequently converted to catholicism and her husband, the Duke, has retained his place in the line of succession.

I like and respect what father said and well expressed…especially the difference between freedom and licentiousness. I would say though, that if licentiousness is a vice, as Father said, freedom is a virtue, which in a concrete sense a “prerequisite for peace.” At some point however there’s apparently still some kind of ambivalence if we as Christians have to pursue towards fullness of truth and through communion with our Catholic faith. Thanks for the podcast and GOD BLESS ➕🙏

I concur. Constitutional monarchy is the most stable form of government. A king/governor-general checks the excessive powers of the Executive branch, especially the power to command the military, ensuring that what happened in Weimar Germany (i.e. Hitler's consolidation of the roles of president and chancellor into führership) will not occur in commonwealth countries.

I think your view of English history is little awry. After Henry VIII (1509-1547), only Mary I (1553-1558), possibly Charles II (1660-1685) and James II (1685-1688) were Catholics. All the other kings and queens since then have lived and died as Protestants.

The crown belongs to Jesus himself not to the monarchy. My family comes from Northern Ireland and I never had any love or respect for the monarchy. They were brutal to my family and still remain in control. And I find no comparison to the President of the United States to to the King of England, or the queen of England. The president is elected by the people for four years, and then we have an opportunity to oust President. We can bring in the new representative for the people. There is no king in the face of this earth or in heaven, it’s only Christ, the King.

The monarchy is there to circumscribe the power of parliament. The failure of republic is that the powermonger politicians drag their people to hell and don't give a damn about them. That's why, most of the democratic and high standard living countries fall under monarchy. Monarch defends the democracy and constitutional laws by the divine right of God.

In fact, the US Presidency has vastly more powers than the UK Monarchy. King Charles has no power at all over the government, Parliament or political matters. So, the US has powers which died out hundreds of years ago in the UK and prior to that, in England. Remember, when Charles I tried to push parliament around, he lost his head. The US thinks that the American colonials rebelled against George III, in fact they were rebelling against the UK government.

The best countries in the world are the British Commonwealth; and we live in a time where so many people are not grateful for what we have. I always tell my students to try to think why the British Commonwealth are the best countries in the world to live in? Let's keep it that way; all built on the Judeo- Christian faith? The British really civilized the modern world; but people need to feel also that the monarchy cares, and I don't know how much you can show that if you remain hidden; also a theological issue in today's society; people don't even follow the 10 commandments anymore; honour your mother and father; respect authority...also, don't throw away the Christian faith. It was the foundation of British society as well... I agree with Father; so nice to hear Father's wise words. I wondered if Putin saw this coronation; if he even thought that what was lost in Russia, was not the spread of communism, but the loss of their kingship through bloody murders.

  • @michaelearendil6843

The coronation procession was led by a Welsh cross in which was embedded a gift from Pope Francis -- a fragment of the True Cross. King Charles is clearly not only a Christian but also open to the ministry of the Pope.

I think you are speaking very well on this subject Father, but you forget or are perhaps unaware that it is enshrined in English Law that a King cannot be a Catholic . Which is why many of us are praying for the return of our country to the True Faith and Mary’s Dowry. We do this with prayer and sacrifice our weapons of choice not the weapons of a bloody revolution as in France

  • @danielferguson3784

The. Point is that the Monarch is not a politician who has to appeal to the publics present concerns. They are above politics, in fact they can act to halt a Government that may get out if control or become radical. The person of the Monarch is not so important, but it's the position they occupy that is. Of course it is better if the Monarch is a good example to their people, which Elizabeth certainly was. The Law forbids a Catholic from gaining the British Throne.
How dare you call someone in error because they do not accept the Bishop if Rome as infallible & the only real Church. That is arrogance above measure. Yes Westminster Abbey is an ancient 'Catholic' church.
The reformed, protestant church is still Christian, for to declare faith in Christ, not allegiance to a particular group, makes one Christian.
