    Recipe
    2½ cup sliced mushrooms (250g)
    3 chicken breast or thigh, diced (1200g)

    1 chopped green capsicum (150g)
    1 cup cream (250ml)
    1 cup sherry (250ml)
    1 cup chicken stock (250ml)
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground white pepper
    1 tsp allspice
    Method
