For everyone that was in chat the first day. The 911 call they played was NOT the daughter. The daughter did NOT find her mom dead and call 911. The husband did and called the daughter the next morning very early. The 911 call was the victim on a prior day. They were in an argument and he stormed off. She heard a gunshot and thought he shot himself. I saw so many in the chat while watching it later claiming it was the daughter finding the mom. They said who the caller was while laying foundation with the 911 dispatch. Pay attention!

This defense attorney is horrible! He keeps asking questions from the woman's boyfriend, saying "right?" At the end, and 5 times this far, the witnesses answer has either been "no", "incorrect," or "not true." So , as an attorney he should know never to ask a question he doesn't already know the answer to and worse yet is asking questions that you are getting the exact opposite answer of the one you want or the one that may help your client at all!
He also tried to impeach a witness based on a statement her husband made to the grand jury...wtf? You cant impeach someone based on another person's statement. Duh?!?!

He tries to infer something that not true. Nothing brings any doubt to fact that Kendi would not shoot self or that Dan was controlling a-hole most of marriage and killed her. He tries to testify regarding text and twist what it says.

He used his money for his toys. Made plenty of money but told step daughter they were poor so had to use only wood stove to heat and she and mother responsible to keep it going. He degraded her all the time. Yes maybe should divorce him sooner instead of finding comfort in another man but he murdered her because he is a nasty POS.
