During the police interview, the family dog walks into the room and stays clear of Dan...almost cautious as he walked past him. That alone, says so much!
This guy is so guilty IMO. There is no way this woman killed herself! She was not suicidal and was leaving this POS and was starting a new life with someone else, he found out and killed her! Come on! 🙄🙄🙄🙄
If I lost a spouse or anyone for that matter, I would be doing more than sniffing every couple of minutes. Any normal person would be absolutely devastated
No one believes this guy. Kendy was probably never happier or more excited for her future: new home, reconnecting with someone she knew when she was younger, making an appt for a mommy makeover. Her fragile pos husband couldn't handle it.
About 5:23:00 the cops says I didn't know her, I didn't meet her tell me about her and he gives him a 3-4 word answer an then answers 2 other questions with 1 or 2 word responses. That in and of itself isn't good for someone that says he still loves her and has lived with her for 2 decades.... not good, not good at all.
Have Law and Crime got their middle school work experience kid doing the audio visual coverage of this court case? Most unprofessional, sloppy work ever!!
That is so funny. I just posted that I’m hard of hearing but it sounds like they are whispering or mumbling. I just started watching it today and I have no idea what it’s about.
I really liked this courtroom. The judge was firm and fair. Both side of council were respectful. There were things I liked and things I thought both sides could improve on. The judge seemed like he ran a pretty tight ship. I actually really liked this judge and hope to see cases in courtroom again. How this case was presented, it felt so well organized but somehow all over the place at the same time.
I started this thinking he’s guilty. I’m not so sure after today. In my eyes, it looks like they automatically thought he was suspect then built a case on circumstances. The retired detective lied on the stand. I’ve been watching this literally since 4am. I missed yesterday. He said that as soon as GSR was mentioned, Dan started rubbing his hands on his jeans as if he were trying to get something off his hands. He NEVER did that. I’m surprised his attorney didn’t say anything but detective was from out of town. So I’m assuming it would’ve been difficult to question him without having the Jury see the video first. Now, the detective is gone. 🤷♀️. I guess I’m still a little on the fence. I see things on both sides.
You need to rewatch. The corner literally said she was dead from the choke hold on her caratoid artery and couldn't have shot herself. And he already said he was home alone otherwise
@@l.g.4075 y’all act like I ended up with the same thoughts at the end. I was back and forth thru the whole thing. I am not like all of you. I see both sides to every story. I don’t just see one side of the coin. I learned that in college. And when there’s soo many men going to prison, and they get exonerated because they’re actually innocent, it makes me not to be judgmental until these cases are over. Unless there’s actual physical evidence pointing to the defendant. There wasn’t. Even the judge said this was a circumstantial case. Sometimes we are so quick to jump on the Guilty bandwagon. I don’t normally do that. We just need to be more open to listening to what defense has to say. Dan’s defense attorney sucked. I’m surprised he even passed the bar. To me, he was Ineffective Counsel. I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a motion for a retrial with a new lawyer because of that.
So Brooke called and threw accusations. Detective says “ You did it didn’t ya?!” Good grief! The girl just found out her mother is dead. She wants someone to blame other than her momma! Who wants to believe that?! They may have had problems. But it certainly didn’t mean that he did it. I’m sure he will be convicted because people always think with their feelings. They don’t think critically and logically. Women do take their lives with firearms. My niece did it (today would be her 43rd birthday). And a young lady age 19 ish that I knew from church no less, did it. Both with firearms. You know, too many people get thrown in prison for crimes they didn’t commit. That’s why I probably overthink. I’m never for one side or the other, although it seems like I am here. I just don’t have anything to say for the state yet. 🤷♀️
Wow. Thankfully you’re not a juror. Thankfully you’re not familiar with DV abusers.💜 Of course prosecution is NOT saying NO ONE ever takes their own lives - sadly they do. Sorry for your friends & family who’ve ended their lives.💔
You need to watch the earlier days of the case as the medical evidence from multiple professionals supports the fact that she was shot AFTER she had died along with strong evidence that she was moving on with her life and wanting a divorce from the defendant (new bf, buying a house, changing her job, making an appointment for a mummy makeover to name a few) x

Yep saw that too!
I clocked that too.
Yes he (the dog) stays close to the police officer who he doesn't know rather than Dan

His interview is painful to listen to. He's definitely not acting like he just lost his wife. Hasn't said one loving thing about her. That's very odd.
One thing I learned from watching true crime, murderers always try to make the victim look bad.
I noticed that too. Instead of talking about his wife he kept talking about the asset list wow
Look at that dog. Not going near him....
If I lost a spouse or anyone for that matter, I would be doing more than sniffing every couple of minutes. Any normal person would be absolutely devastated
that detective's wife bought him a really nifty organizer for Christmas 🤪

3 hours wih police he doesnt cry or emote. First second talking to his kids he's crying. Then off again...

The poor defense attorney is trying to bake a cake completely missing 2 ingredients and half of the rest WHILST host a cooking show
Loud ringing sound off and on? We need captions.
I agree…so loud with earbuds!
@@michellebrock5618 yes, and one needs the earbuds & it's still hard to hear except that awful buzz. It's almost painful
I hate any police interview. They always have horrible sound
Am i the only one having problems with the audio?
No you're not
No, it’s hard to listen to.
Nope
No I sound is awful like many of these trials

They've sucked since day 1.
Usually these are just piggyback onto some local one and they have no control over it

Jeers to whoever decorated the house!
They I believe are in the basement living room that was his area . Hence the bland look.
you're not under arrest Sir, you're just being detained
yeah that dog is scared of him, he's probably kicked that dog.
I'm just irritated that he doesn't speak up, I can't hear him 🤪
This guy is such a bad actor.
I can’t understand most of what he is saying. Sux

I am Having a very hard time hearing it. So what did you hear that? You think or would call you to think that maybe he didn't do it
If you think this guy is not guilty.............. You should marry him next.
My granny's been dead 35 yrs and she knows he's guilty
You need to rewatch. The corner literally said she was dead from the choke hold on her caratoid artery and couldn't have shot herself. And he already said he was home alone otherwise
Were you on the Casey Anthony jury? You sound perfect for it.

you must have missed a bunch of the trial. the medical witnesses already proved she was dead before she was shot
Step back.
Get with reality
Layoff the hard drugs.
This guy absolutely killed that woman
