It says do NOT use an extension cord at least 10 times throughout the video. Reason being there will not be enough amps and it’s a fire risk. Mine got so hot it burnt the plastic behind the heater🤣 be careful out there y’all, and always follow the directions lol
How long is the power cord on the pump?
If you use a 10 gauge extension cord it’s completely fine it will provide enough amperage if using the cheap thin orange cable yes it’s a hazardous
Just use a quality extension cord, no one has electricity everywhere around the house or garden right

I couldn't get my 10' Intex pool above 76 degrees the year prior and last year I got it to 90 and had to put ice in it. This worked so well! I have just 1 mat hooked up to a 1,000 GPH Intex pump and it makes a significant reduction in the flow rate coming back into the pool, but that is to be expected with how far the water has to travel through the mat.
Thanks. Have same. When pressing the bubbles to inflate it never stops when I press the bubble button. I had to pull the electrical plug. Does anyone have a tip or suggestion how to get the button to toggle off?

When not in use do I need to cover the pump. Or bring the face place inside if it’s raining.
My cover is really nice but I can’t figure out how to insert the inflatable insert into it. The insert also has two handles on it. Any idea? My last intex was similar to video.

After inflating it for like 2min i close the valve but the air continues to come out, i have a problem with the valve or i have to leave it inflating more? Im afraid it will explode

We just got the square one and we tried to turn on the heat and turn up the heat and it threw a error code 91 😔

The LED looks like it is in the wrong spot. The cartridge filters are supposed to be on the bottom connectors. The LED goes on the top connector above the cartridge closest to the motor.

Great video! We plugged ours in and the control panel did not come on instantly, instructions say it could take 3 hrs to charge, how long did it take yours to turn on/charge?

Did you ever try pairing the tub with the Intex app? Your supposed to hold the Celsius /Fahrenheit button for 5 secs and the wifi logo on top left is supposed to blink. I tried on mine before I set it up but nothing happened so I returned it. Wondering if anyone has actually used the app

I've used the app, won't connect if there isn't a good connection to Wi-Fi or strong Internet connection. At home I can get it to work, but if I'm away in a low service area, sometimes won't connect at all
Do you inflate the floor in this hot tub and if so, how do you do that? and is it inflated with water or air? We just got this exact same hot tub, got the walls inflated just fine, just not sure about the floor.

HI I wanne buy this greywood deluxe 4 person here in the netherlands, but i realy wanne now when the water is warming up if the motor is quiet? In the evening when the Day sounds are gone is the motor still quiet?

When it is warming up you cannot really hear it only when bubbles activated.
Yes, the motor is quiet. The bubbles make all the noise. We save power by heating ours with a Jacoola Hot Tap. Up to 43 degress Celsius, I had to get out after 10minutes as it was too hot. I maintain the heat at 40 degrees Celsius with the heat pump once heated up with the gas.
